The beautifully decorated, spacious, five-bedroom end-unit townhome located in the Bear Trap Dunes resort will have you in vacation mode in no time at all. Just steps from the golf clubhouse and pavilion and featuring 27 holes of championship golf, not to mention restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, clay tennis courts, a fitness center and playground, you'll be spoiled for choices when it comes to fun. Just minutes from Bethany Beach and boardwalk, there is something to suit the fancy of every one in the group.

The main level of the home features a large dining room table that can expand to comfortably seat 12 people. There are also three barstools and a small cafe table in the kitchen, providing plenty of space for all. The well-stocked kitchen, including a Keurig and two drip coffee machines, and a new refrigerator, might inspire the chef in the family to whip up a home-cooked meal. This level also features a sunny primary bedroom with an ensuite bath. The upper level boasts another bright and roomy primary bedroom suite with a vintage desk for working from home, catching up on emails or writing postcards. This level includes two more bedrooms and a separate full bath.

A finished lower level is set up as a game room with a large, flat-screen TV with TiVo and all the streaming apps. There is also a new, additional refrigerator in the laundry room for extra space to add your food items. There is a ping-pong table for a little friendly competition, a card table and chairs, board games and a microwave, all ideal for hosting plenty of entertainment. There is another bedroom with Roku TV and full bath along with a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping accommodations. Throughout the home, you'll find delightful artwork and photography produced by your hosts' family members.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard-surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
