This beach house was perfect for our dogs, the yard is fenced in and the house is carpet free. We love the location as we want to be close but not to close to downtown beach. Hopefully we can rent again.

A classic and comfortable beach cottage, just a short drive to the beach. Had a nice stay here over the busy 4th of July weekend with our dog and two teenagers. Plenty of space for everyone. Large fenced yard was great for the dog, and the outdoor shower was a plus. Kerry was super responsive and quickly helped with any questions.

First time using Vrbo and traveling with our dogs. The bungalow is clean and quaint. Very dog friendly. Wanted to enjoy more time in back yard but we were getting bit by flys and there were ants all over, thinking it’s the time of year and very humid when we visited. When we were at the house and wanted to sit out they have a nice screened in porch in the front of the house. House sits on busy road so back yard is ideal for the dogs. The house is about 2 miles from Bethany Beach and attraction’s. We spent most of our mornings and evenings at the James Farm Ecological Preserve walking the dogs and enjoying their quiet beach. The host recommended the preserve, it was about 3miles from the cottage and I think we enjoyed it more than the beach. Great recommendation. We would stay here again very accommodating to us and for our dogs. Clean towels and bedding were supplied which saved us a lot of space in the car!
