Beach Access:
• 2-minute walk to the beach down Bay Avenue
• 17-minute drive to downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• We can accommodate two well-behaved dogs under 35lbs each
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Dogs are not allowed in units 1 and 2 but are welcome in unit 3.
• Please note: the yard is not fenced and is shared with other guests, so please plan accordingly.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog

• Parking space for one car
• No garage available
• Public Parking for Ocean Park can be found at the Bay Avenue Beach Approach
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
