Luxury Waterfront Paradise at Ocean Isle Beach: Enjoy the Beach and Jink's Creek

We are excited to welcome you to our slice of paradise! Newly renovated with attention to the small details so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Perfect get away anytime of the year. You will love the spectacular views of Jink's Creek from the inviting great room, many decks, dock and overwater gazebo. This house is the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge while enjoying beautiful water and sunset views. Our home offers the best of OIB located on the quiet West End on Jink’s Creek and a short 1.5 block (3 minute) walk to the beach. The backyard is a paradise with multiple porches, decks, putting green and a private pool.

The house is spacious with over 4300 sq ft, large windows and high ceilings. The view is the best on the island. There are 5 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. There is a fully stocked, large kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances including a Viking gas stove, Double Viking Ovens, Warming Drawer, Subzero refrigerator, beverage refrigerator, nugget ice maker, and two full dishwashers. There is an elevator that stops on all three floors.

A game room with foosball table and arcade games is the perfect place to spend time after a long day on the waterways and beach. There is also a ping pong table and cornhole set. Enjoy putting in the backyard. As a guest, you will have access to kayaks and stand-up paddleboards for exploring Jink’s Creek and the Intracostal Waterway. There are also bicycles, beach cart, chairs, and toys for your use as well. There are games, puzzles, and toys for rainy days. There is an outdoor gas grill for your use. New polywood outdoor furniture for lounging and eating. There is an outdoor shower to wash off at the end of the day. Our home is designed for families and friends to gather and reconnect. We are happy to provide dining and activity recommendations.

We rent Sunday to Sunday during the peak season so you can avoid the Saturday traffic and stress!

Frequently asked questions:
1. Are linens includes? Yes, luxury linens (sheets, bath towels/washcloths, dishtowels and beach towels).
2. Are there restaurants and activities nearby? We are happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores, in-home chef, bakers, and nearby activities (golf, fishing, zip lining, planetarium, putt-putt, etc). We have many favorites to share!
3. How close is beach access? We are less than a 2 block walk to the Duneside beach access.
4. What is the closest airport? Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is 45 miles. Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is 47 miles.
5. Do you allow pets? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
6. Is your house kid friendly? Yes. There is a high chair, booster seat and pack-n-play available for use.
7. Are there security cameras? There are outdoor only security cameras which monitor the driveway area and back of the house looking toward the dock. These are for house safety and do not interfere with guests privacy. There are no interior cameras.
8. Can the pool be heated? The pool can be heated in cooler months for an extra charge of $600/week. The hot tub is not available for heating during the summer months.

The perfect house!

We had a wonderful time! The waterway gave us so much to do in the afternoon after being on the beach. The pool was the best feature. It allowed us to be outside when the beach sounded too difficult or babies were napping(we had monitors). The house was extremely well equipped for hosting. Thank you so much for letting us use your house! We had some great quality time!

Amazing week in OIB

The house is amazing. Perfect for two families. Everyone had their own bedroom (the two teenage girls shared the bunkroom) and bathrooms. The kitchen and great room was just right for gathering, cooking and hanging out. The icemaker at the bar area was a pleasant surprise. The arcade games provided plenty of entertainment for the 9 yr old boy.The pool with the view was relaxing. Plenty of shade to sit by the pool if the sun was too strong. The screened in gazebo at the end of the private pier was the best place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or to watch the sunset.Location to the beach and downtown was ideal. Privacy, but still close to everything. The chairs and umbrellas and other beach gear was nice to have so we didn't have to travel with.We had a slight issue with the AC in the master bedroom, one text to the owner and it was fixed in less than 12 hours. Very much appreciated!Would recommend to ANYONE if you are looking for a relaxing, luxurious week in OIB.

Beautiful House with Everything and More

This home was amazing. Our friends and kids stayed a wonderful week in the house. The details and amenities were beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Just when we thought we didn't have something, we would find it at the house! The sunsets were to die for! It was the best trip we've ever had and hope to come back again. So magical. Vacation in Paradise!

This home is very spacious and a great location. Not directly on the beach but a very close walk. Our family spent the week of Thanksgiving together here and had a blessed time! There is plenty to do for all ages! The only thing that we weren't aware of before booking was that two of the bedrooms do not have a tv but it worked out. Overall it's a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect for our annual family beach trip. The view from the back of the house is breath taking. The march and Jinks creek are beautiful. This house has everything you could dream of needing while there. From beach chairs and toys to bikes and kayaks. Games and fun for all ages. The managers are kind and helpful too!

Checks every box!

The house was clean and luxurious. A very short distance from the beach and a private dock which was perfect for our small boat. The fishing was excellent both from the dock and from the boat a short ride down the channel. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the chef’s kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The hosts communicated well and the whole process was very easy.

Sunrise Sunset Sunbelievable

Have always stayed right on the beach, but this year we selected this gem on the sound and have no regrets. We were a short walk to the beach, there were some bikes, wagons, beach chairs, toys, games, boogy boards, and towels at the house. We rented a golf cart which made it even sweeter. The sound is beautiful. You can see the sunrises and sunsets. The wildlife is a nice bonus; beautiful birds fill the quiet landscape. The house was great and very clean. There were kayaks and paddleboards, a long pier, and a screened gazebo on the water, so you can take in the sound up close. My two year old grandson stayed busy with toys, bikes, puzzles, and the putting green. The pool was great; you can take a cool plunge while enjoying the beauty of the sound. The house was fantastic; so much open space, a huge, well appointed kitchen, a fantastic laundry room, nice decks and screened porches, comfortable beds, ping pong, foosball, arcade video game, and so much more. Madelene could not have been any nicer. She was so responsive and accommodating. My family definitely hopes to return soon.

Amazing Beach House

This house was the perfect getaway for our party of 12. It provides spaces for both privacy and get togethers. The kitchen is huge and stocked with pots, pans, and plenty of dishes and silverware to accommodate a large group. The new pool was super fun, and the beach was an easy walk. There were beach towels, chairs, etc. available.

2nd stay just a great as last years stay.

The property is as advertised. It's beautiful, and has so much to offer, The Kitchen is well stocked with plates, pots, glasses, ETC. You cannot use them all I promise. The new addition of a inground pool was a pleasant surprise and we used it everyday. The extra ice maker was a bid hit since we enjoyed the beach with a cold beverage. The house stayed a comfortable 70-72 degree temperature and the patio's and fishing dock we also a big hit. If the family gets together for a third year, we will stay here. Also the management always answered our question promptly.

A little piece of Heaven on the coast

The home was just perfect, very spacious and made for a wonderful week at the beach with family! The host was very pleasant to deal with and had great communication with us. The home has everything you’ll need for a wonderful week, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, lots of toys to use at the beach or in the sound. I even read some brand new books while there. The New pool was perfect for the kids! I really can’t say enough good things about it! We will definitely stay here again! Wonderful house for family’s annual vacation

House had plenty of room to gather together or spread out for the 4 families in our group. We loved the pool, fully stocked kitchen (needed for our gang!), basement with games and the pier with screened in gazebo. Plenty of plush towels for everyone too! Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys were there if you needed them. House was clean and beautifully decorated and Madelene was super responsive before and during our stay to any communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family vacation!

Family Beach Vacay

This house was perfect for our extended, multi-generation annual beach vacation. My son & sons-in-law love to cook and the kitchen is a chef’s dream - by far the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever rented. My daughters and daughter-in-law enjoyed the many porches for reading & relaxing - and also the fabulous & convenient laundry room! And the granddaughters loved everything about it - from sharing the bunk room with cousins, to the great game/toy selection to the wonderful newly installed swimming pool - as one of them said (age 5) - “I’m living my best life here, Granna”! And Poppi & I - we just loved watching it all happen. We hope to make this home our official location for family vacations to come!

Fantastic property and location!

Beautiful and spacious home with all the bells and whistles! The kitchen was incredibly stocked and the provided linens were first rate. Perfect location on Jinks Creek and very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed fishing off the pier, paddleboarding/kayaking, and hanging out in the gazebo. Madeline was great to work with and always had prompt responses. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Home!!

The house is pristine! Incredibly clean and had everything we needed and then some. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Dock and decks are awesome and it was great to have the water toys & beach gear onsite. This is the best house I’ve rented and I’ve rented a lot of beautiful beach properties. Highly recommend!!!!

This property and the management are 100% as advertised and whenever we asked a question or needed the management teams help, it was prompt, helpfull and spot on. Amazing property

Beautiful property, very spacious, tons of outdoor space. Located on water, dock, gazebo and memory making sunsets. House has everything you need and high quality towels, linens….Madelene the owner was amazing to work with and very responsive. We are in the process of booking our next visit.
