The Best Spot on the Island for Boaters & Beach Lovers!

Welcome to one of our favorite places on Ocean Isle Beach! Just a short idle from the Intracoastal Waterway, our newly renovated private dock is perfect for fishing, swimming, or keeping your boat ready for a day on the water. Whether you're heading offshore, cruising the ICW, or spending the day anchored at a nearby island beach, this location provides easy access to it all.

The nearest beach access is only a 10-minute walk (0.5 miles) away. To make your beach trips even easier, we provide a large beach cart with room for a cooler, chairs, and all your gear. Four beach chairs and a cornhole set are also available for your enjoyment.

When You Arrive

• Sunday check-in means you'll avoid the heavy traffic typically associated with the area's Saturday change-over day.

• Parking is available for approximately 6 vehicles plus a boat trailer.

• Linens are provided—and the beds are already made when you arrive! For full-week rentals, bath towels are also included.

• Basic household supplies are stocked and ready for your stay. The spice cabinet is fully stocked as well, so you may not even need to stop at the store upon arrival.

• Trash pickup occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays.

• Two refrigerators are available:

Downstairs refrigerator: ideal for beverages and includes an ice maker.
Upstairs refrigerator: designated for food storage and also includes an ice maker.

• Since you're arriving on Sunday, the public boat landing is typically much less crowded. For departures, we recommend loading your boat between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Saturday to avoid the busiest launch times.

• Most importantly—sit back, relax, and enjoy one of our favorite places on the Carolina coast!
