This house was perfect for us! The AC was cool, the beds were comfy, there was a washer and dryer, and the water jug connecting to the fridge was so convenient and provided ICE! The property manager was quick to respond and everything was exactly as pictured. Had a great stay and would highly recommend!

We spent 8 days at this awesome house. It was the perfect size for our family. The house was clean and comfortable. The location is great being more centrally located on Exuma. We spent mornings on different beaches and enjoyed the house in the afternoon. We will definitely be staying here again. Hopefully for longer next time. Thank you again.

We had a wonderful time at the Seabreeze. The house was perfect for our family of 6. We really enjoyed the easy access to the water and sand bar right behind the house. Kids enjoyed finding star fish and watching the sting rays swim by. The house was comfortable for us and no issues. Perfect spot to watch the sunset!!

Phenomenal location, beautiful view!!!!! Having paddleboards and kayaks was fantastic- such a neat location with the sand bars right off the shoreline. Highly recommended house and location!

This is our 2nd stay and we love SeaBreeze lodge. The view is amazing!!! This side of the island makes great use of the kayaks and paddleboards. You can kayak to a little island during high tide. You can walk out in the middle of the flats during low tide. You can get a float and enjoy the calm water. You can kayak right to a blue hole. The roads are a little rough to get to the house but rent an SUV and go slower and you will be completely fine. We had everything to cook meals and there is a grill for use as well. The pool is wonderful to have as well. The outside area is so relaxing. The host and Joanes are extremely responsive and helpful with whatever questions or needs arise. We love it here and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful week stay in Exuma.

We recently stayed at this waterfront property and overall it delivered on what was promised. The home itself was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay.What truly sets this place apart is the view. Absolutely stunning. Waking up to the water each day was the highlight and made the experience feel special.That said, the road leading to the property is quite rough and a bit sketchy, especially if you’re arriving at night or in a standard rental car. We had a minivan and managed ok but just something to be aware of and plan for.All in all, if you’re looking for a place with an incredible waterfront setting and don’t mind a slightly adventurous drive to get there, it’s definitely worth it.

If you are looking for a place with beautiful views, you’ve found it here! Many beaches nearby & you can kayak right in front of your place! Joanas was awesome & a wealth of information for places to eat & things to do! Would highly recommend!!

Incredible location

We had a great time at Seabreeze Lodge. Joanes the property manager was very attentive and helped us with whatever we needed. The outdoor space was very relaxing and had pretty much everything we needed. The view from the property is like no other. I highly recommend this property.

The location and having a pool, kayaks and paddle boards were wonderful for the grand children. The house was clean, though could use a little updating. A new washer was delivered the day before we left. An instruction list wasn’t provided at our arrival which would be helpful for those not having cell signal.such as us to contact the property manager and password to joining WIFI. Some additional wash clothes and hand towels would be niceOverall, it is a beautiful place. We see stingrays, turtles and a nurse shark. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. Definitely would stay here again!

Paradise

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the deck and the pool was absolutely second to none. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and daily serenity and somewhere to stay where you don’t have to actually leave to go do anything this is the place. There is plenty to do on the island, but you’re going to need a rental car and the excursions aren’t cheap.

Spectacular Spot

What a spectacular spot to kayak, paddleboard, watch the sunset and then stars at night. We were even fortunate enough to see a spaceX launch from Florida and watch the rocket on its flight. Hanging out at the pool with friends after a day of beach hopping was phenomenal. We can't wait to come down for another visit.

Great views and clean place

You can see by the pics you got a great view of the sand bar and the pool is great to relax in after a day in the salt water. Owner was responsive and helpful. Coral roads to enter the neighborhood are a bumpy but that’s just the way Exuma is when you turn off queens highway. Great spot.

The property was exactly as described, and the oceanfront setting was absolutely beautiful.One of our favorite parts of the trip was taking advantage of the kayaks and paddleboards. We paddled out to the sandbars and cays behind the house on a couple of different days, which was such a fun adventure. We were even lucky enough to see sharks and sea turtles right behind the house!The pool was another highlight. It was the perfect place to cool off after long days exploring the beaches and snorkeling, and it was thoughtfully stocked with floats that our family really enjoyed.The house itself was very well equipped with everything we needed for the week. After reading previous reviews, we knew to expect the road leading to the house to be rough, and that was accurate. Taking it slow made it completely manageable, and it certainly wasn’t enough to take away from the experience.We thought the location was excellent. We spent a lot of time exploring nearby beaches like Forbes Hill, Pretty Molly Beach, and Tropic of Cancer Beach, all of which were easy to reach from the house.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We’d absolutely recommend Seabreeze Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful Exuma getaway, and we’re already planning our next trip back!

No washer dryer unfortunately. Comfortable beds. Bring your own shampoo etc. Wish coffee was there. Beautiful pool and view. Kayaks great. Pool floats need replacing. Get an suv. Roads very rough! Loved watching sunsets and viewing stars after dinner. Would recommend!

Amazing Views

We loved sitting on the edge every morning and seeing the sun come up. We cooked delicious meals everyday in the kitchen and the ac kept us cold at night, loved that we had hot water in showers. I will return soon We loved the grounds keeper he came by several times and checked on us. I highly recommend

House in Paradise

The house was amazing! Perfect for our family & the most gorgeous view of the ocean. The pool was such an added bonus after a day in the ocean! We had such an amazing time in Exuma! The property manager was amazing and available for any questions or issues we had. I would give more stars if I could! Thank you guys!
