Located in Ocean City, Sea Watch 117 offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the many on-site amenities that include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, a basketball court, tennis courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. Inside, the home enjoys an open concept shared between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with coastal decor, comfy furniture, and lots of natural light streaming in through the sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony overlooking the complex. After a long day by the water, come home to take advantage of the full kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. You can serve everyone up at the dining table or enjoy an al fresco dining experience out on the balcony. The central air-conditioning will ensure the home stays cool on those hot summer days and the private washer/dryer will make it easy to keep everyone looking their best during your stay.

The unit has been remodeled for the 2025 season.

The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Den includes constructed wall with a door for privacy.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
