. Our condo has two full beds with comfy Zinus memory foam mattresses and a full sized pullout couch in the living room.
Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances where you could cook any meal as we have all the utensils for the job!
*Location, Location, Location!*
The condo is located in the Jocelyn Manor complex on 8th street. It is only 2 blocks from the beach, boardwalk, and excellent restaurants!
*Inside The Condo*
The condo is freshly renovated and beautifully designed so our guests can vacation with the peace of mind knowing they will have an excellent place to stay while they are in Ocean City.
*Living Room*
The living room has a comfy couch and chair for you to sit on and enjoy watching a great movie or your favorite tv show on our 50" Roku 4k smart tv! The couch is also a sleeper sofa and we provide blankets, sheets, and pillows for your convenience!
*Kitchen*
The kitchen is truly one of a kind with it's modern, sleek design and all new appliances. you have most of what you would need to cook a full meal for your friends and family! The kitchen comes stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, and even some stemless wine glasses. There is a small dining area in the kitchen as well with seating for 3.
*Laundry*
There is a washer and dryer behind the louvered doors next to the stove in the kitchen if you need to do some laundry.
*Bathroom*
The bathroom is simple yet elegantly designed so even though it is a small space, it feels large and open with bright colors and a large shower. The exhaust fan also has a Bluetooth speaker built into it so you can listen to your favorite music or podcast while you get ready for a fun day at the beach!
*Bedroom*
The bedroom has two full sized beds with comfy Zinus memory foam hybrid mattresses. We provide sheets, blankets, and pillows for your convenience. there is also a Roku enabled tv in the bedroom for our guests to enjoy as they wind down from there day of fun and adventure!
*WHAT WE PROVIDE FOR YOU*
- Linens including quilts are provided which means no linen fee and no extra bulky blankets and pillows to put in your car! Of course you can bring whatever you want to bring with you, but just remember that we have these things for you already!
- bath towels , wash cloths, dish towels, and hand towels and floor mat for bathroom.
- Pots and Pans are provided along with seasonings and oil.
- There is a Keurig for your use and we provide a few k-cups as a small thank you for choosing to stay at our condo.
- Guests are given a starter set of 2 paper towel rolls, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and small sizes of hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner. We also provide a small amount of make up towels for your convenience!
*GUEST ACCESS*
The entire condo is yours and is not a shared space. We are on the second floor, pool side and there are no other units above ours which means you won't hear people stomping above you all day and night!
*CLOSEST GROCERY STORES*
- The nearest Food Lion is 10 minutes away if traffic is light.
- The nearest Walmart is 10 minutes away if traffic is light.
*THE RED TAPE*
- Only 6 guests max are allowed to sleep in the condo. If more than 6 guests are reportedly staying, you will be asked to vacate the condo and will not receive a refund.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!!
- NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CONDO. If you are going to smoke please walk down the stairs and smoke out in front of the building to prevent damaging the condo.
- NO parties or events. If guests are reported having a party by building security and it is proven to be true, guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
- We do not provide extra towels for the use of the pool so please come prepared with beach and pool towels!
- There is no late check-out or early check-in! failing to vacate the property by 10AM on check-out day will result in a $150 fee.
- No fires inside or outside of any kind. This includes candles! any damages as a result from an unauthorized fire will result in a fee!
