Welcome to Sea Watch 910, your perfect oceanfront retreat in uptown Ocean City. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo combines incredible Atlantic and bay views with the convenience of one of Ocean City’s most sought-after resort complexes.



Step inside to a bright, open living area featuring a Smart TV with DIRECTV, electric fireplace, and sliding glass doors leading to your private oceanfront balcony—perfect for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a Keurig pod-style coffee maker, and all the essentials for family meals. Gather at the dining table or breakfast bar for easy group dining after a day in the sun.



The primary suite features a king bed, balcony access, and en-suite bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a double bed with twin and trundle—ideal for families or groups. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and ample storage. A second balcony off the private entryway provides an additional space to relax and enjoy the bay views.



All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed is freshly made before your arrival. A complimentary starter kit with essentials is also provided, so you can settle in right away.

Do you provide linens and towels?

Is parking available? How much is the building and fee and when does it apply?

✹ Yes, one guaranteed space is included. Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a 1st-come-1st-served basis for $65. Garage clearance is 7ft high.



Does this property have a pool?

✹ Yes, guests have access to both an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a children’s pool.



When are lifeguards on duty at the beach?

✹ Ocean City lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September.



Is there a coffee maker provided, and if so what kind?

✹ Yes, a Keurig pod-style coffee maker is provided. Please bring your own pods.



Is there cable TV? Are there Smart TVs?

What is the check-in and check-out time?

✹ Early check-in may be available between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM for an additional priority cleaning fee. Please inquire in advance.

✹ Late check-out is not available.



What is the minimum age to rent?

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Sorry, we do not rent to Senior Week or similar student groups.



How do I access the property?

✹ We utilize an E-Lock system for easy, contactless check-in. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
