Incredible dude management staff. I selected to pay extra to enter the town house by 1:00pm when we arrive the battery in the code lock was dead so we could not put the code in. We then sent a message and about 30-40 minutes later we received a phone call. The rep spoke with my sister and told her to break the lock box with a tool. My sister has two small children and did not have tools in the car. She requested for someone to come out at break the lock box so we could reach the key. The rep then called me and started to say that we were no longer being hosted because my sister was “rude” for requesting someone to come out. This was Friday at 3:00pm. They threatened 3 adults, two children, two dogs, that were coming from two different states that we would no longer have a place to stay. I think stepped in to talk to the rep and instructed through messaging to escalate this issue. This was something we were being threatened over that we should have never have been tasked with in the first place. They ended up sending a lock smith and we didn’t get into the place until about 4:30pm. Also the outside has trash and Chinese food all around it. Once we got into the town home we noticed a screen door and drawer was broken in a bedroom. Then after mentioning we had two dogs multiple times I was then hit with a penalty fee for not “documenting” the dogs even though I never received instructions or I was told to do that prior to the stay. Which I obviously would have done!
