    The Space:

    Watch the sun come up over the Atlantic Ocean each morning from Sea Watch 516, an oceanfront condo perched above the beach in beautiful North Ocean City. This condo sits on the fifth floor of Sea Watch, a beachfront resort known and loved for its fantastic amenities. Enjoy indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, an arcade game room, a billiard room, basketball and volleyball courts, and even an on-site movie theater. You'll also have beach chairs and a boogie board to bring downstairs to the sand each morning. After a day of swimming and surfing, leave your towels in the private laundry room and step inside to be greeted by a blast of central air-conditioning. Fix a few cold drinks in the well-equipped kitchen, and step out onto the balcony to take in a view of the ocean, the beach, and the city looking south. You could easily linger outside all afternoon, basking in the view and the cool breeze coming off the water. In the evenings, play cards at the dining room table, watch movies on the living room TV, or escape to the front sitting room to log onto the high-speed WiFi. Of the two bedrooms (both with TVs), one is a primary suite with direct access to the balcony. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Indoor and outdoor swimming pools -Tennis courts -Fitness center -Arcade game room -Billiard room -Movie theater -Basketball court -Volleyball court THINGS TO KNOW Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Ideal Beach Stsy

This unit was was well equipped and well cared for. The room set up made it really comfortable and roomy for 4 people, with larger patio space than some units. Building amenities are ideal for families. I'd book this condo again.

Great family experience

The property was great, and the amenities unbeatable - multiple pool options, playground, game room, easy access to the beach (and to bathrooms from on the beach, which is important with young kids!). The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place!

Highly recommend this property! Everything was clean upon arrival, got to even check in an hour early! Hotel staff and guests were very polite, very accommodating if you have kids! The perfect little place, I will be booking again for next year!!

Fantastic stay!

The property was very clean and had the all you would need. The property had ample parking. Everything you needed was right there with beautiful views from the balcony. The building had a lot of neat extras and was immaculate. Would stay again!

Incredible experience!

My partner and I absolutely loved staying here! Super cute, comfy, and well-equipped condo with an unbeatable view of the ocean and easy access to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools. It took 5 minutes to get from the couch to the waters edge, and we couldnt have asked for a better place to rest and hang out after long days on the beach. We will definitely be back!

A great place to stay

We loved our recent trip to OC and stayed at the Sea Watch. The condo had an ocean view, indoor and outdoor pools, and an arcade for the kids. The apartment was clean and updated. I would stay there again. The only downside was you only got one parking pass and if you had three adults there was nowhere to park their cars.

Clean and Uncluttered for Relaxing in Ocean City

Stayed there with my girlfriend's family for a few days, and I'd wake up to everyone sitting on the porch having coffee looking over the ocean. Beds were comfortable, and amenities worked perfectly. Internet let some folks attend online classes and the adults were able to work without interruption. Definitely would recommend a visit, as well as a visit to the Fractured Prune nearby.

Late summer get away

SeaWatch 516 was the perfect place. The pools were open views of the beach and bay were great. Beds were comfortable. Means a lot. The condo was clean and well set up. We hope to come again and bring our children and grandchildren and rent several units. Highly recommend 516 and SeaWatch.

Great place!

We really liked this unit! It fit our family of four very well. It was clean and they provide you with sheets, towels, and a few other necessities which I really liked. The only issue was that the sliding door to the deck seemed slightly stuck so we just let it be which was completely fine. We would definitely recommend this unit!

The beach

Clean, safe area . Wish the weather was a little nicer. Only issue was key’s to the condo and laundry area were new and hardly worked. Had to cross your fingers every time you needed to get in . Took five-ten minutes trying to turn the lock. Went to the office got replacements but same issue. They didn’t have any that were better. Otherwise it’s a nice place.

Sea Watch 516

Great property with lots to do. Loved that towels and sheets were included. I’m used to bringing all of that with me. Only problem was the very small kitchen. No space in cabinets for food/snacks but the kitchen did have everything we needed. Also was disappointed that we did not have a washer/dryer in the condo. There are facilities onsite but I wasn’t feeling like taking our dirty clothes to the laundry room. Unloading on a Sat is crazy town in the garage but they did have two gentlemen directing everyone so it made it easier. Having Vacasa onsite was great. No wait and everything was ready to go. Would def go back to Sea Watch…just to a bigger condo. Loved the view!!! Sitting on the balcony with my coffee in the am was wonderful

Great location, clean, and comfortable

This unit is in Sea Watch so you know you'll have access to great amenities. The unit was very clean - decor is dated with a lemon and lime theme. There were only the two of us but if you travel with a group, know there are two beach chairs and living room chairs are not comfy for sitting very long. Since it was just the two of us, we were good with just the sofa. Kitchen is well-equipped with cork-screw, pizza cutter, and lots of other utensils for cooking. The carpet looks new and is in great condition. When we arrived, the screen was broken on the patio door and the blinds would not open far enough to go out to the balcony. We called the Vacasa number and within 24 hours, both were fixed.

Disappointed

When we arrived, there was trash in the kitchen can, and crumbs and fresh pizza sauce on the dining room tablecloth. The cleaning company texted to verify cleanliness of location, and offered to clean, but we had already handled it. The living room and bedroom verticals were not functioning properly, so we could never open them without manually fixing them every time. This, we kept them closed. Finally, the laundry room door lock was not functioning properly. The management office changed out keys, but the door would not consistently open. They advised they would contact the owners to replace the lock, since this was the original lock. The lock was not changed during our stay. I felt this unit was way overpriced, considering the unit had no upgrades and was in fair condition. Our daughter was in another unit that cost less and had been upgraded. We would not stay in this unit again, but are planning to come back to Sea Watch next year.
