    The Space:

    Welcome to Belmont Towers 407. This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo provides a perfect retreat from all the action. Guests enjoy a beautiful family room with a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. Have a seat and relax with a drink while enjoying the amazing ocean, beach, and boardwalk views - stunning at sunrise! A well-equipped kitchen makes mealtime a pleasure with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. A gas fireplace and free WiFi round out this lovely condo's amenities.



    Stroll to the beach for a day fun in the sand, or stay home to indulge in Belmont's state-of-the-art amenities, which include a rooftop pool (with saltwater filtration system), 11,000 sq. ft. sundeck, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. Best of all, you can forget about the stress of battling (and paying) for a parking spot! Park your car in Belmont's gated, covered garage and leave it there because you're already where the action is! You'll be only steps away from the beach, Boardwalk, restaurants, and rides.



    THINGS TO KNOW

    The swimming pool is operated by the complex and we have no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.

    In the event guest cancels their reservation we will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If we are able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.



    Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Location, Amazing Stay

The photos do not do the place justice at all. We were 5 adults away celebrating a birthday weekend and had plenty of space and the best location. Parking was perfect with the reserved spots check-in/out process easy (office location is a little out the way but not bad). Overall I would 100% stay here again and have recommended to other friends for summer in OC

Nice place to stay!

Nice place to stay, a little expensive but what isn't anymore! Plenty of room for the four of us! Fairly clean and maintained, about what you would expect for a rental. Easily felt like home away from home. Having designated parking spots was nice knowing you don't have to hunt for one every time you return.

Vacation

Property is located near the end of the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. If you wish to go parasailing it is a 3 minute walk to the bay side in a straight shot on Talbot St.

Clean with a nice view.

The location is nice for young people. It tends to be loud at night from people partying. We were 4 women, mother, and daughters. Our age range was 61 to 86. The place was very nice, bright and clean. The off-season was good for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice location. Close to everything in ocean city. Room was nice at face value but dirty on arrival. Dishwasher leaked with every use. Main sliding door fell apart mid week. Nobody was ever sent to fix sliding door despite multiple requests.

Great Family Space!

The family: Mom, Dad, 2 Preschoolers, Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie, and Uncle all stayed here for the week. The location was awesome, the view spectacular, and I love the ease and convenience of using a key pad instead of keys. The unit is close to the pool and the parking spaces (although hard to find) were in great spots for unloading. The group in the unit next door was quite loud but I only heard them when they were in the balcony or in the hall. Having 3 bathrooms was also fantastic. I only wish there were TVs in the other 2 bedrooms so that we had an opportunity to have alone time, even with just streaming capability would be great.

Not Ocean Front!!! Very run down

This was advertised as Ocean FRONT but it is NOT. It is Ocean View and even that is not true from inside the windows seal are broken and fogged. The unit is run down and looks and feels used. Not worth the high rent they ask, you can get much nicer real ocean front, look elsewhere. The location is great but even the building is in need of maintenance it too looks dirty and worn. I have stayed at the real oceanfront condos in this building that are beautiful and well maintained this unit is NOT.

Great location, amenities, and condo!

We had an amazing trip. The condo was clean and well furnished. Perfect amount of space to spread out in with plenty of storage. Everything seemed pretty clean and we didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed. Having easy access to the pool was also great. There was an occasional wait for the elevator so we sometimes took the stairs, which was fine. The location just off the Boardwalk was ideal for getting to the beach, the activities on the Boardwalk, and the amusement park nearby. We mostly walked to attractions, only moving the cars when it was too far. Parking was great since we didn't have to worry about moving our cars when needed, etc. There was a little noise from some late night activities on the Boardwalk, but nothing that kept us from sleeping (including baby/child). We'd definitely stay here again.

Great Week at the Beach with the Family!

We stayed here two summers ago and went with a different unit last year and were very happy to come back to 407! The location so close to everything is perfect. It's not technically "ocean front" but still great views without a ton of extra noise. It was nice to see that the east-facing windows were replaced so the views were completely clear! The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and no issues at all with hot water or water pressure. Also, likely the best parking spaces in the entire building! It's nice that they are both kind of on their own so you're not having to worry about people who don't know how to park in the lines or who drive large trucks or SUVs that don't really fit in one single space. For people new to this unit, the "first floor" is actually up the ramp because they consider the entry floor as "ground." Overall it was a great week. It's nice to see that the owners took some previous comments to heart and upgraded a little over the past two years. We will definitely be back next summer!

Excellent unit..Horrible neighborhood

The unit was beautiful. It had large bedrooms each with an ocean view. The kitchen had all the supplies you would need. Unit is a 10 out of 10. The neighborhood was terrible. There were fights outside 4 out of the 6 nights we were there. I saw police at the neighboring apartment across the street for disturbances twice. Can’t escape the smell of weed everywhere. And the area was packed with “ trashy” foul mouthed people. That being said we still had a good time by renting a boat on the bay for a day, visiting Berlin another and exploring Assateague on our final day.

Very Nice Spot!

This was our first time staying right on the boardwalk. It was good for people watching, the view of the beach was nice, and the proximity to go to different stores was perfect. It’s the first time we ever stayed where we barely had to get in the car and go somewhere. The beds were comfortable which is a plus and the kitchen and master bath are really nice. The only complaints I have is that the living room furniture needs to be updated. The green couch sinks in the middle and should be replaced. Additionally, with that many tvs using the same Wi-Fi, they should add a Wi-Fi booster. If all 3 tvs are being used especially by a family (which we all used at night) it causes the tvs to lag. Otherwise we had a great vacation and liked the space a lot. We would definitely return again!

Location is worth the noise

Cannot beat the location of this unit. Great views from the balcony and literally steps from the boardwalk and beach. This was our first time to OC and we wanted to get the experience. We will definitely be back. Check in was easy, private reserved parking was great. The unit was clean, smelled fresh, and had everything we needed. The beds were amazing and the showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The noise - we anticipated noise from the boardwalk. It wasn't nearly as bad as we expected based on other reviews. It mostly died down by 10:30 or so. What we did not anticipate was being able to hear every conversation in the hallway as other guests walked by. Hearing other guests running down the hall. The pool is also on the 4th floor which was a fun surprise but that definitely led to an increase in foot traffic. Finally every morning between 5:15-5:30am we were all jolted awake by the city trash truck collecting trash. You will definitely want to bring noise machines to drown out the noise, which we did, and maybe even some ear plugs to not be woken up so early every morning. Even with the noise, it's well worth the minor annoyances for the location and cleanliness. We will definitely be back - with ear plugs.
