The interior was cleanly and well stocked, except for the washer/dryer. The mattress' were somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, I would stay here again.

The check in process was easy and the staff went above and beyond!!! It’s an older property my only cons were the loft queen bedroom and the bathrooms were extremely small, but again it’s an older build. And also the weather wasn’t the best so walking outside in the rain to get to the indoor pool kinda deterred my kids from doing any swimming, outside of that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location - I enjoyed staying at this spacious Townhouse and won’t be staying at a hotel anymore. Some updates could improve the place like new carpet and better upstairs mattress and pillows but overall the place is great and has everything you need including washer and dryer for clothes and dish washer. There is also a private parking space out front door or in the back near the pool. I especially liked being able to go in/out - accessible to front and back doors. My daughter and friend stayed in bedroom downstairs with the jacuzzi while we were upstairs feeling like we were in a separate loft from them. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will be returning next year.

Really liked the place, was in a great location and was nice that it had all amenities included. Would recommend if people are looking for condo rental. Definitely considering rebooking again in the future.

So the price was great and in their defense, I never made my complaints known. I didn’t want to waste vacay time on dealing with complaints. But our house was full of ants. We left a box of donuts on counter next day the whole thing was full of ants. The master bed was in an open room upstairs. The master should have been downstairs where there was more privacy for the adults. Jacuzzi was in an awkward area very hard to reach faucets, we didn’t use it. Very dated. We made the best of it but would probably not come back. Would be nice to have a common lounge area where groups traveling together could hang. If you are looking for something economical, and don’t really care about modem looks, this works. Also if you have bad knees this is NOT the place for you. One bathroom downstairs and one up, Lots of stairs. We had no face to face contact as there wasn’t a lobby just a little unwelcoming hut. But if you prefer that, it may work for you. Besides the ants it was very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen.

Had a great time at ocean high … everything the hotel describes is accurate ,3 floor so it had enough space for my family of five. We had a balcony overlooking the bay and sunset. We def used the washer and dryer that was provided ,only weird thing was the downstairs bathroom hot tub was kind of weird to get it but other then that we had a great experience will be back for certain

Cable did not work. Shower was old and falling apart. Carpets need to be changed-old and dirty. People at the front desk were great though and location was mice. I’m sure this is not the first review that mentions these issues. I think these timeshares all suffer from the same thing-zero updating because no one really owns them.

Birthday weekend
Arrived around 430pm and the place was ready. Had a old smell when you walked in, away after using spraying freshener and plug-in. Bedrooms were comfortable and the view overlooking the bay was great. Enjoyed the beach and entertainment nearby. Great getaway weekend, I would stay there again .

Good location!
Place was in a good location and clean. It was comfortable for our family. What we were disappointed with was that the pictures shown of the unit on the website was deceptive. Unit is not canal front and main bedroom had no door. Additionally, it was a loft bedroom over looking living room, less privacy. Therefore anything happening in living room area can be seen and heard. Light outside on deck was not working.

The 1 twin bed smelled like pee, so 1 adult slept on the sofa upstairs, the carpet is very old, there are dents in the wood like flooring, the shower door fell off the first night and no one came to repair it, the plastic seat on the balcony was broken, you could barely get the key in the lock to open the door, most days the door to the pool or bball court wouldn't open and 1 day when it would (the pool), all you could smell was the bathroom

The property is at a great location, it was clean and the staff were very friendly. There were 6 of us and we all had our own space which was great. The two things that I wish were different are the set up and I wish they had an outside pool. The room with the two twin beds were located on the 1st floor and the room with the queen bed is located on the 3rd floor. So my two children had to stay on the 1st floor by themselves. I went down in the middle of the night to check on them to make sure everything was ok, but if something were to happen I would not hear it on the 3rd floor. Other than that we really enjoyed the property.

Condo was roomy and comfortable. It is 3 stories so ac is perfect on mid level, cold on lower level, and top level is warmer but has a ceiling fan to help with temp comfort. Good location to many activities.

My daughter loved the huge tub. Place was clean. The neighborhood was nice. No water view from our room so the pictures were a little deceiving. Only the 3 bedrooms are on the water. Kitchen was well stocked. The main bed was a bit uncomfortable. Overall we had a good stay.

First the property I picked out on your website showed water front which was not . I contacted your office already on this matter Friday the 21st. Later that Friday night found out both tv in both bedrooms did not work. I spoke to Tommy at the office who said the maintenance man would come look. He did and said both cables to the tvs had been stolen or took.So he had to go get new cables and call the cable company. The bathroom down stairs shower glass doors where off track or broke so it was very hard to open the door to get in and out. Found this out when my daughter could not open the door to get out. the bathroom down stairs was so small it was ridiculously and had a bad oder. The whole place was very outdated. Upstairs lights in bedroom did not work either. I would never stay there again.

Thank you for providing more specific information regarding your unit which we were not unaware of while you were staying here. Your feedback has allowed us to ensure that the shower door and the light bulbs have already been replaced. Our property has three separate buildings and it is unfortunate that one of them is not located directly on the water. We are hoping, however, that you were able to enjoy the brand new flooring on the main level of your unit as well as the brand new television and new electric fireplace in the living room. Nice resort in Ocean City
We arrived at the resort at 6:20 as we were informed check in was at 6pm. The office was closed. We called the phone number and a very pleasant woman helped us get the key to get into our unit. There are a LOT of stairs. Everything is up or down stairs, the entrance, the main room, bedrooms, bathrooms, if you have a problem with stairs, this is not for you at all. The inside steps seemed a little steep. The unit is older, clean, well maintained. Great view of the water. The fireplace did not work. Everything else worked fine. The staff was very pleasant at check out. Overall it was a good stay, but I’m not sure if I would stay here again because of all the stairs.

Thank you for choosing Ocean High! Our posted Check In time of 6pm is for Fridays only as our property is a timeshare and not a hotel. And the gas fireplaces are currently being upgraded to electric models so we apologize for the inconvenience. We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful view and found your unit to be cleaned and prepared properly for your arrival. Please keep in mind that our 3BR/3BA units are only two story townhomes with fewer steps and a fantastic view of the bay if you'd like to stay at Ocean High again in the future. This property is a timeshare resort not a regular hotel, so you get a unit with a kitchen and a laundry machine. I was very grateful to have been upgraded to a unit by the water. So the view was excellent. I was able to fish just outside. We arrived on Thanksgiving day, so no one was in the office, but I was given instructions on how to get the key and go to our unit from their lockbox. Getting to the unit was tricky. We were searching for our unit for a few minutes. Our instructions were a bit confusing but I finally figured it out. There are 2 buildings on it hand marked 503 or 502. I found the building where our unit was and then saw the unit number there. It's confusing with all the other condos there. The parking is tight and limited. I enjoyed our stay none the less. It was great to be by the water and have a relaxing view of it from the unit. I would recommend this resort.
