****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and a sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that time frame, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Located less than a 1/2 block from the beach, you'll easily be able to come and go for lunch, snacks or just to get out of the sun for a while. From the covered patio, you'll be able to relax and enjoy your view of the ocean as you listen to the waves crash onto the shore and unwind from your fun filled day. Located in Northern Ocean City, the unit is located near miniature golf, go-carts, boat rentals, water park, Fisher's Popcorn and some of the best restaurants including the famous Harpoon Hanna's. Tax-free shopping is only a few blocks away and you'll be nicely situated for a drive to the outlets in Rehoboth.

This nicely appointed unit is exceptionally clean and has everything you need to have a fun filled vacation. Updates include fresh paint, new flooring, newer window units in the living room and main bedroom (no unit in 2nd bedroom), quartz countertops in the kitchen, new washer/dryer and new bedding are just a few of the things you will appreciate! The main bedroom has a king size bed and half bath while the second bedroom has three twin beds and includes a bunk bed which is always a kid favorite. There is also free Wi-Fi for guest use.

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry, no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Seabird is not an elevator building.
* Two numbered parking spot are provided. There is additional parking available on the street.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 140th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 5 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
