When it’s time to explore, slip into your swimsuit and head downstairs. You've got direct beach access, or choose to work on your tan at the shared pool. After a day of soaking in the vitamin D, coming home will be a pleasure as you relax on the large living room sectional or step back out to the sunroom. If you’re not heading out for the evening, at home entertainment options include a TV with free cable, a Blu-Ray player, and complimentary WiFi, perfect for uploading the day’s pics to your social media accounts. No matter how you spend the night, you’ll drift off to sleep dreaming of one perfect vacation day behind you, and another to come tomorrow. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
