Unfortunately the rooms were very small and the beds were even smaller . The staff was amazing and went out their way for me and my family. Unfortunately the bathrooms in the room were dirty when we got there and the rooms had a little smell to them .

Very clean rooms and facility, right off the board walk we got a “partial ocean view” for our room but it was so much more than that we saw everything. It’s right off the board walk, easy parking, very convenient, super friendly and attentive staff. This is the only hotel me and my fiancé will book with when we return to Ocean City. We will for sure be back here.

Would not have booked here without all the positive reviews on Expedia. They were spot on. Nothing spectacular but all around good enough and a great value. Oceanfront room, indoor pool and hot tub, and good restaurant in the back. Would stay again.

I have stayed in this property many times over the last 30 years. It has always been pleasant, clean, and convenient location. For OC, MD, this hotel has made many improvements. The staff is A and this is one of the best hotels in the area.

We had ants in our room multiple different times. Limited tv channels. Could hear neighbors through wall, which was actually a adjoined room-which we were not made aware of that. Staff was incredibly kind!

I enjoyed the cleaniless of the property, the quality of the food in the restaurant in the hotel, the meal deal coupons offered (even though I couldn't get them because I booked through a 3rd party).

Location is convenient to multiple eateries and to the beach area. Parking was very accessible. I felt like the walls were very thin between the rooms as you can hear the other tv and conversations in adjoining rooms.

Let's start out and say the staff was very informative, polite, and professional also the property in and around the rooms are very clean. The restaurant/bar in the hotel has a great atmosphere and surprisingly good tasting food. My only complaints are there's only 2 elevators and they're slow moving. The bathroom area is small and the room's walls are so thin you can hear the TV in the room beside you. Also there is no bathroom in or around the pool/Jacuzzi area so all the kids seem to just (go) into the pool. If you need to use the bathroom you have to go back to your room.The pool was very cloudy but is well heated. All in all it was a good place to stay at.

We got a good deal for a 2 night stay. Excellent location, we didn't have to use the car during our stay because everything was walking distance. Staff was nice and courteous. Room was clean. The hotel is a little dated, but not a big deal. However, the room we had was right beside the elevators and every time it stopped on our floor we could hear it. Right no is not busy season, but can't imagine the noise when it there are more people. In general a good hotel.

The views of the ocean and the bay were beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very convenient for eating and shopping. We will definitely be back!

The staff was absolutely fabulous. The young ladies working at the front desk were incredible. Very accommodating and quick to help in any way possible. I really can’t say enough about this staff. I’ve stayed in some of the most beautiful hotels in the world and never experienced better service than I did yesterday.

The hotel is perfectly located on the boardwalk. Our room was clean, the view was nice, the staff were all friendly, but the pool looked extremely cloudy and dirty and the elevator constantly had water in it from people dripping in it from the pool or hottub.

We stayed 2 nights for a cheer competition. The property was well kept with nice amenities. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely return hopefully during the summer season.
