Enjoy your next vacation at this North Ocean City Beach Retreat located on 142nd street, just steps to the Beach and a few blocks from the charm of Fenwick Island. This architecturally impressive single family home with multiple levels features three bedrooms, three baths, two living areas, and a private rooftop terrace as a perfect vantage for captivating sunrises and sunsets, as well as ocean views all day long! Balconies are featured on each of the three levels, and a wrap-around deck highlights the first level with ample seating for all of your guests. On the ground level you'll find pull-under parking for two cars with ample free street parking, a storage bin for your beach items and an outside shower to rinse off after a relaxing day at the beach. You may discover once you park upon arrival, there will never be a need to use your car during the rest of your stay.
On the 1st level, you will find the primary suite with queen bed along with a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living room. The 2nd level features a comfortable family room with a flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, and a 2nd bedroom providing four single beds with a convenient hallway bath. Ascending to the 3rd level, you will find the final bedroom containing a queen bed and private bath where you will also have access to the rooftop terrace. The TV on the ground floor has cable, and the other two TVs offer streaming services only.
Guest needs to supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the home. An optional linen package is available for an additional fee if you wish. The linen package would be delivered to the home on your day of arrival, picked up on your day of departure, and includes a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the home. Home rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any three nights off season.

Non-Smoking Non-Vaping No Pets Permitted. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
