The entire condo has been nicely redone, offering the comfort and convenience guests come to enjoy in their vacation home away from home. 81 Beach Hill has an outdoor pool to relax and enjoy when you need a break from the sand and waves, as well an an outdoor shower for post beach rinsing so you can keep the condo sand free. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. An elevator on the premises eases your luggage transport during check-in and check-out, and eliminates stair climbing at the end of a long day. The condo sleeps eight guests with bed sizes including a king in the oceanfront primary bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, two twins in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa if needed in the living area. This property rents Saturday to Saturday and provides two parking spots - one under the building and one in a satellite parking lot. This owner provides sheets and towels for all guests which includes sheet sets with pillowcases for the beds and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Guests will need to bring all soaps and paper products. Note a washer and dryer are also in the condo for your added convenience.
