Horrible
First the "king" sized bed is NOT a king at all.Its old and wore out and you can feel all the springs in it.My husband and I were waking up every hour in pain from the bed and from not fitting on it.We called and the manager just keep saying im the middle man and that the owner insisted it was new and a king.We own a king and that was not a king at all and if we had known that we wouldnt have rented there, as I am pregnant and needed the room.Our friends hated the other beds and said they are both super hard. Both bathrooms had peoples hair all in them when we arrived which is just gross.The couch and love seat both are old and need replaced asap.You will sink in them and again you can feel and hear the springs creaking. And if you look over the balcony you will see tons of cigarette butts all over the place which is nasty since its non smoking.Oh, the owner did give us a $100 credit so we could go buy a air mattress to sleep on.
