During the day, enjoy the sounds of sea gulls and laughter as you get away from the heat of the beach and maybe enjoy a good book. In the evening, you'll enjoy the cool breezes and relax to the sounds of waves crashing onto the beach. It really is magical!

Located on 107th street in the Quay, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a large heated outdoor pool with a huge sunbathing deck, indoor pool, tennis court, basketball court and even a large game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit can sleep 9. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed along with a twin bed and a flat screen TV. There are 2 full baths in all (both have been updated). The beautiful kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops and is ready to make those cost saving meals from home. The unit features plenty of room to stretch out with ample living area space and large flat screen TV. There is a full-sized washer and dryer inside the unit and free Wi-Fi for those that may need to work while away along with a DVD player for entertaining nights at home.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and includes 1 uncovered parking space. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 21st floor. The Quay is an elevator building.
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 108th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 9 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
