The view of the beach/ocean was perfect. The sound of the ocean waves was relaxing, especially for sleeping. The location was great. We spend most of our time in the Delaware area because it's quieter and has many very good restaurants and shops.

Great location. “Steps away from the beach”Is an accurate description. Lots of windows and fresh air in the place. Having two bathrooms to go with the two bedrooms and sofa bed was a great feature. Lots of towels and linens were available. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the condo could use a cosmetic facelift, such as newer appliances in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. Other than that, everything was pretty perfect.
