The middle of the room features an open kitchen with lengthy granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and extras like a blender, mixer, coffeemaker, and a dishwasher for you to make anything you desire and not stress about cleaning up.



Island seating is great for a quick snack or keeping the chef company while the long dining table by the window will fit guests for a family meal.



Outside, a balcony offers fresh air and sunny views of the neighborhood and part of the bay. Head down to the shared pool to cool off in hot summer weather.

*TEAP (Trespass Enforcement Authorization Program) signs have been installed throughout this community. This provides the Broad Marsh community and Marina extended police protection by authorizing the police department to enforce, at their discretion, trespassing laws, and to enter or remain upon the premises.

*The discharge of all fireworks/pyrotechnics, including ground based sparklers sold/allowed in neighboring states/counties is prohibited in the Town of Ocean City. Only small handheld sparklers are permitted to be used with competent, adult supervision.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
