The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. Bed sizes include a king in the master and two queens in bedroom 2 to occupy 6. Guest supplies all linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. For your added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Condo rents with check in/check out day of Thursday or Sunday in season and any two nights off season.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Non-smoking/vaping unit, including balcony. No pets, please.
