Indulge in an unforgettable beach vacation at this Ocean City condo. Boasting a prime location and all the comforts of home, this two-bedroom retreat has everything you need to kick back and relax. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from your private balcony and take advantage of a suite of on-site amenities or head over to the beach to work on your tan and hit the surf. A full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi are waiting at home to help you rest and recharge for the next day's adventures.

Things to Know
There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.
Streaming is available using your own account.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 12.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was excellent I decided to give a 5 star rating even though the hot water was not on when we got there but they sent someone right away to fix it. Everything thing was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen ready to make a meal if needed we will

There were a lot of little problems with our stay. We stayed here last year and liked it enough to come back. The layout of the condo and the amenities of building were great. Being oceanfront is very nice and the view from the side balcony was decent. The condo itself needs some updating and a little TLC. There were numerous light bulbs missing. We did not have a blanket on one of the beds. The shower door was off alignment so water leaked all over the bathroom when we got a shower. A curtain was completely knocked off the wall and we could not put it back up. There was leftover coffee from the guests before us in the coffee pot. The blender was filthy and we had to scrub it in order to use it. Each of those individually was a minor thing, but it just seemed like a lot of issues for the price of the condo. We told Vacasa about each of these issues and they did bring us a blanket late on the first night. Everything else, they just thanked us for telling them about the issue. The worst thing was that the sink clogged on our last night there. I'm not sure what happened but water just stopped draining out of it. I was in the middle of making a spaghetti dinner and we could not wash the dishes or run the dishwasher. After that. I let them know around 6:30 p.m. but no one came over to fix it and we checked out at 10:00 a.m. the next morning without the issue being addressed. That was extremely inconvenient because we could not make breakfast the next morning.

DISASTER

This listing is run by a large vacation rental agency that requires you to check in and out on the other side of town. We chose this location to avoid south OC traffic and had to navigate it anyways. The unit was dirty, the doorknob was loose and concerning. The balcony door took 2 people pushing to lock. Huge safety concern for a family with a 5 year old. Roaches on the kitchen counter, curtains falling off the wall, dust everywhere, moldy air vents, no toilet paper, toilet paper holder fell off the wall. There werent blankets on all of the beds. Just some of them. When we contacted the rental company we were told there was a ticket. No one called or fixed anything. VRBO was WONDERFUL in trying to handle my complaint, but this property management company was awful.

GREAT LOCATION WITH CLEAN POOL!!

This Condo was perfect for our group of friends. It was spacious and clean. It was a nice surprise to find this unit had 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed the very clean pool and sauna on the rainy day we had while there. Conveniently right on the beach for easy beach access. I would recommend this place for people who are traveling with friends or a family. Be sure to ask for a buggy to take your bags to your room and back down to your vehicle. We made the mistake of not asking when we arrived. This was also the easiest check in and check out process I have ever experienced. Highly recommended booking this listing!

The door lock was broke. Ruined our whole vacation. Texted every day and just got a response, is there anything else we can help you with? All we ask was for the door lock to be fixed so we wouldn't have to stay in the condo all day!! NOBODY would return our calls. Extremely poor service!!!!!

Really enjoyed our stay!

Great place and really enjoyed our stay! The location was exactly what we wanted with our kids loving the beachfront location and the on-site pool. Even have walkable food options within a block across the street. The until was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the check-in/out process was overly complicated. Had to check-in after 4 but the offsite office closed at 5, which is a narrow window. 4 did seem a little late for check-in to me. The fact that it was offsite at a rental management company also was a complication since we had to separately check in on-site as well. On-site checking consisted of a $50 cash only payment, which was a surprise. We knew there was a fee but if it was communicated that it was cash only then we missed it. Checkout was 10 am which was early and we were instructed that included our parking even though the parking fee was noted as being for a week. So, we had to move our car elsewhere for our last beach day even though we planned to leave around noon. All said, we would definitely stay here again but would change how we handled the check-in and checkout process to better align with the needs of our trip. The benefits outweigh the complications. Would have given 4.5 stars if it was an option.

Great place for a girls' weekend!

The condo was very nice! It was lovely having views of both the ocean and the bay (and sometimes without even needing to be on the balcony!). It was very comfortable, spacious, and the kitchen was very well equipped. When we arrived, the place was spotless, and it was so nice having the linens and towels already waiting for us. Definitely a wonderful little home-away-from-home for a long weekend! If there were any downsides, they were this: 1) Since the parking fee for the building is not seasonal, it would be nice to have that information in the listing. It wouldn't have impacted our booking the place, but it did come as a surprise in the check in email received a few weeks before the trip. 2) The door was very difficult to get open. You had to really pull on the door to get it into a position where the key would turn. When we arrived on Thursday night, we almost thought we had the wrong keys, it took so long to be able to get the door open. We were able to manage, but anyone who might have arthritis or couldn't pull the door enough would not be able to open it.

Beautiful Fun Property

My family and I enjoyed our stay at TheCapri.. this property was so cute and clean. It was more than enough room for our family of 6 and we loved the amenities that came along with staying in the condo, like the pool, the library was packed with books and the game room had a variety of games. We took full advantage of everything and it was a blast! The property was also in the center of all of the fun and food on the strip. Would definitely visit again!!

The condo was great. Clean comfortable and great location. Only negative but easily worked around was kitchen power. Circuit kept tripping if using more than one appliance.
