Amazing and unique 4 br condo on beach/boards at South Beach! Huge balcony,2 pools.

Magnificent and truly one of a kind! Located on the beach and boardwalk between 7th and 8th St., this 4 bedroom condo has the biggest private balcony I have ever seen. This beautifully furnished gem is in an oceanfront building, but looks south and west. The huge balcony wraps around the bedrooms, dining area and living room. This would be a perfect destination location for a wedding/reception. Enjoy beach and boardwalk living at it's finest, with famous boardwalk eateries just steps away. Plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax - 5 TV's, premium cable, DVD player and Free WiFi ensures entertainment for everyone. There is also an indoor pool, outdoor pool and exercise room when you tire of the beach and ocean. This place is perfect and has everything you could ask for. Absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises, animals are prohibited. Occupancy is limited to 11, and there is parking for 2 cars. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the festival and close to everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and fit our group of 8 perfectly. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip / hopefully we get this for next year as well! would like to update that all the beds are king except for the bunks obviously!

Pros: Condo was beautiful with a huge balcony with bay views and beach views. Lots of space to spread out and well stocked. Cleaning crew missed some things that we took care of.Cons: You need a key fob everywhere you go in the building. Makes for a very secure building which is appreciated, but two fobs for 11 people is not enough when you need it every time you leave the condo. Also, the shower in one of the bathrooms was not usable. The mattresses in the bunk room is extremely uncomfortable with springs popping through all 4 mattresses.Overall, we really enjoyed this condo for two families and would stay at South Beach again.

Would book again

A lot of space we had 10 people stay and we were not crowded at all. Pictures misleading because there were no indoor pool. Also you have to bring your own linen. That was not communicated clearly at all. Which was a bit inconvenient because we had to buy sheets for all beds and it was a lot lol towels wash cloths face cloths. But hey overall great stay.

Great week!

Unit was nice. Could use bigger tvs. And didn’t sleep well on the plastic mattress cover. Other than that, all was as expected. Balcony is great and love the table and chair sets!

Great location, beautiful deck.

The condo was nice and roomy, clean and well-stocked. The location is perfect for the boardwalk and is central to other activities. The deck is enormous with plenty of sun for most of the day. The only issue was that you need a garage door opener to get into the garage and only one opener is provided which made it tricky with planning with more than one car.

The location is perfect-right on the boardwalk and close to attractions. The condo is large enough to accommodate a family and has everything you need for a comfortable and successful stay at the beach.

Ocean City 2022

Great Property, hop skip & jump from boardwalk, lots of security features. Only issue we had is there were no carts to help bring big bags, beach items & coolers from the car to the room. Had to call the rental office once on Tuesday for the stove top not working said they would send Maitenance out, they didn't come Tuesday or Wednesday so we went out bought 2 burners to cook and when i called on Thursday to tell them the person at the office didn't even know that they didn't come out so they called me back said someone will come out immediately and they did come while i was out. The maintenance person called me and said that it is a convection oven & range and that it was working fine and that it needed magnetic pots and pans not regular pots & pans I brought from home. I also called on Friday and asked if we could stay an extra night and the guy said he would have to ask the owner but the guy never called back so the follow up with the office people REALLY NEEDS HELP !!!! Thank You

Great stay with friends

The condo is very well equipped and the balcony is awesome. Location is right on the boardwalk and you can walk to everything you need for the week. The only issue I have as we only had two keys and five adults with young children. When the kids needed a break from the beach it was always a little bit of a cluster shuffling the keys around. I would absolutely stay again if I can get additional keys.

Convenient, clean, & safe

We love South Beach condos! Conveniently located on the boardwalk and extremely clean and safe. We appreciate reserved parking within the covered parking garage and the security features of elevator key fobs and parking garage remote door openers. This is our second time staying in South Beach and we will be back!

Family vacation.

Excellent location. Convenient to all amenities. 2 car parking is great. Views are awesome from the deck for dinner and sunset. Peekaboo view of ocean is nice. Condition of unit and decor was dated and not cleaned very well.
