Indulge your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Nibble on appetizers at the kitchen bar with seating for two, and enjoy family-style meals around the dining table that seats eight. After dinner, unwind in the loft, which also doubles as an office space.



Step outside to your spacious outdoor deck where beautiful views of the Assawoman Bay await. Sip morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs, or dine alfresco at one of the two available tables. Stroll down the dock to drop a fishing line into the cool water for a relaxing afternoon.



Things to Know

-An outdoor shower is available for guest use

-A beach umbrella and beach chairs are provided

-For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofa bed in the living room

-Note: The dock may be used by guests, but the jet ski lifts are not for guest use

-The primary bedroom jacuzzi is temporarily out of order

-Two TVs located in living room and primary bedroom

-Parking: Four parking spaces are included with this rental. Two in the garage and two in the driveway.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
