Pool hours – 10am – 10pm
No Lifeguard on Duty – Swim at your own risk
Pool use is restricted to owners, guests and renters
Broad Marsh HOA is not responsible for accidents/injuries
Please be respectful of other pool guests
NO DIVING! Diving is not permitted in any part of pool area
No glass containers are permitted inside the pool perimeter
No pets are permitted on pool area
No smoking/vaping
Small children not potty-trained must wear water resistant swim diapers
Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older) for admission
to the pool area
Please evacuate the pool during storms
