This splendid condo faces south, so you will enjoy plenty of natural light. Your private balcony offers a great spot to unwind while enjoying the outdoors. The beautifully decorated living area invites you to relax and enjoy a fantastic time with your loved ones - stream your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV, break out any of the provided board games, or admire the views from another point of view using the telescope. The full kitchen has all the major appliances needed to whip up tasty beach snacks on the go and full-course meals for the group. If you plan on extending your stay, a stacked washer/dryer is available. Additional perks include an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach and two beach chairs.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
