This established community is family oriented and quiet, located within walking distance to a family park (1 mile) that has a full playground and picnic area and Publix is just five minutes away.
The large 1/2 acre fenced yard is perfect for pets and kids. Dogs are welcome but we unfortunately can not take cats, exotic or farm animals. There is a pocket door to separate the two back bedrooms from the main living space. Perfect for traveling with kids or two couples.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals just bring the food. You will enjoy use of a Keurig coffee maker and we will provide a few k-cups and creamer to get you started

Each Bedroom boasts brand new beds, pillows and bedding and are equipped with a smart Roku TV for you to stream your favorite shows.

The master bathroom has a walk in shower with grab bars and mounted secure dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The linen closet provides access to bath sheets, hand towels and washcloths. There is a hairdryer available for use as well.

The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo and also offers all essentials just like the master including makeup remover wipes.

Enjoy your morning coffee as you relax on the spacious enclosed lanai, overlooking the fenced in private lush half acre backyard.

Guest access
You will have use of the entire house with the exception of the garage.

Other things to note
No parking on the grass (the driveway can fit 3-4 cars). Yard maintenance is performed weekly, the landscaper comes on different days so there may be a day during your stay when the landscaper comes to mow the grass. Absolutely no parties.
