Fresh 2 bedroom 2 bath home, with a game room (& laundry) located in the garage. This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and has parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles (one directly behind the other).

Our Greenway Getaway home offers 1,114 square feet. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a dedicated workspace, a garage with ping pong and darts, and an airy and spacious main living area, we hope you will enjoy the thought we put into all the details.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: We have two bedrooms, one with a King size mattress and one with a Queen size mattress. We use the Zinus memory foam mattresses for these beds. We use lightweight quilts and have room darkening curtains in the bedrooms.

We also offer two twin size Folding Beds. You can choose where to set them up! They are stored in the closet of the Green bedroom, along with sheets, a lightweight quilt and pillows.

We also have a Pack'N'Play for your use, but do not provide bedding for it :)

KITCHEN: We tried to think of every thing we need when cooking & serving meals. Pots, pans, cutting boards, blender, toaster, knife set, mixing bowls and measuring cups & Spoons etc. For your coffee needs we provide a mini size drip coffee maker and a Keurig (we provide a few pods to get you started).
A selection of glass/plastic plates, bowls & cups are provided as well as silverware. If you are curious if we have a certain item feel free to reach out!

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The front patio has two seats and a coffee table for your use.
We have a large, grassy backyard for you to enjoy but it is not fenced.
A short walk down the road will lead you to the 64th Avenue Road entrance to the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway. This entrance has a disc golf course, miles of trails available to walk, run or bike and take in nature.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to everywhere in the house except for a supply closet located in between the green bedroom and the main bathroom.
There is a ring doorbell at the front door that is motion activated audio/video recording. This is only used if there are complaints and for the security of the property.

Other things to note:
Garbage Service comes Tuesdays and Fridays, the garbage can is located outside of the garage man door for your convenience. We have the neighbor bring the garbage to the road and back on garbage days for your convenience. Please bag any garbage you put into the can:)

We have a pest control service that visits once a month to spray the exterior of the home.

Lawn Care comes every week in the summer and as needed in the winter. Due to weather the day of the week can vary but they are usually gone in about half of an hour!

We provide one set of discs for use during your stay. If you should lose a disc, break a dart or ping pong paddle-please let us know! We understand accidents happen but want to come prepared so that the next guest can use these amenities:)

We do NOT provide cable, but you are welcome to sign in to one of your own accounts (Hulu, Disney+,Netflix, etc.) and there are plenty of watch free options available as well! We love the PBS kids app for our kids!
