The sitting area with cosy wood-burning stove and the dining area are the heart of the house; your comfort is guaranteed here. In summer, open the French doors and take a seat on your private terrace. On the first floor is a private sauna with shower, great not to have to leave the house for this!

In winter, you will be able to experience a wonderful winter sports holiday here. At the outskirts of the village, you take the Krippenstein-Obertraun lift to enter the mountain world. In other seasons there is plenty to do in Obertraun; hiking, cycling, boating or practising water sports (such as kayaking or supping) on the mountain lake
Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted. If this is detected, the home owner/manager may, without discussion charge you 100 euro per day of stay
