Comfortable, central, and with a great breakfast, Glenview was a positive addition to my stay in Oban. The staff was pleasant and friendly, offering advice and help when needed. It is simple, but clean and calm. Will definitely return next time in Oban.

Lå rett ved veien Meget slitt. Mye trafikk. Dører som slamret. Vi orket ikke spise frokost der da vi følte alt var veldig slitt og gammelt. Bruk heller hotellene i sentrum av Oban.

Convenient location, close to shops and town center. Excellent breakfast. Room was tiny, bed quite squeaky. Overall good place to spend a night before ferry.

Host was nice and fixed a very nice breakfast. Clean and in good repair. Room contained everything we needed for our comfort. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The kind host attended to my needs. She privded a lovely full breakkast.Rooms are pleasant had plenty of amenities. Yes, others have mentioned the baths are small, but how much time do you really spend in the bathroom? It is about a 1/2 mile to the waterfront. There is plenty of private parking if you have a car.

Oban Christmas 2023
Unfortunately I was unwell when staying there and had to cut my stay short but the owner could not have been more helpful. I plan to revisit Oban in the better weather, it is a beautiful place. The guest house is so convenient to the town with buses passing the door very regularly, but it is also just a short pleasant walk into the centre. There is so much to see and do in this area unfortunately the weather and my health were against me.

Very well maintained home stay
Good stay esp for the price. Nice, clean, well maintained. Only downside is the toilets are shared. But the breakfast is great.

Fine option, easy parking, walkable to town center
Decent guest house. The woman who checked me in and served breakfast was friendly. The room was fine but a little dated with a lot of creaky noises and also a lot of noise transfer from neighbors but it was fine at night. Parking was easy. Morning breakfast was fine—pretty standard B&B fare. I liked that it was not right in the town center but still walkable.

On the main road with out back parking
On the main road so reasonably easy to find or turn if you go past it. Has parking for maybe 8 cars out back though a little tight. Room was pleasant, TV and wifi worked, large shower though sink tap lose. Tea and coffee making provided, had a shared living room and dining room though didn't use either. Generally quiet though walls are thin and I used a fan to create white noise for sleeping. A short distance from supermarkets and the port.

It was comfortable enough for me but the floor creaked the bed creaked and the walls were thin. The hosts were great people and the breakfast was adequate. It was also on a main road but it did not bother me. The shower and en suite were more modern but the towels were in need of being replaced. M

Nice and comfy
Such a pretty and comfortable room! I was able to check in a little early, and had a nice night. Good, easy parking. Place is on a very busy road. Right across from a petrol station.
