«We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The photos advertised online were completely misleading. The listing gave the impression of a modern, clean, and well-maintained hotel, but the reality was entirely different. The room looked nothing like the photos, and we felt misled from the moment we walked in. The room was in very poor condition and clearly not maintained to an acceptable standard. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room. The floor was ...

«Don’t pay extra for city view. It is a painting of buildings on a shade and when you lower the shades there is a building, no view of the city.»

«This is our second time staying here, and it was excellent with close proximity to everything»

«The room and beds were great but the lack of amenities available compared to most competing places of stay were a bit lacking. No available coffee or water other than a water fountain in the lobby was disappointing. The breakfast was a major letdown as the scrambled eggs were so overdone that they were sitting in a pool of water, the sausage links were cold, and the coffee was not hot. «I stayed the first night. The next day I discovered the room had a wall lamp held on with scotch tape and was falling out with exposed wires. I was moved to another room for the remainder of my stay and asked for a refund of the first night as I felt I was put in a fire hazard. I spoke with three clerks but no manager ever addressed this with me. I booked via Expedia who I notified. Krista then contacted the hotel manager who refused my request because I continued my stay.»

«Friendly People!»

«Non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Neighbors were at least on the porch, outside. On asking we got a view of the Marina, nice! kind woman at the front desk»

«Grei beliggenhet om du har bil og ønsker til San Fransisco! Anbefaler tog over dammen da det er utrolig mye trafikk over brua til tider. Beste med stedet er innehaveren som sitter bak kassa! Utrolig hyggelig fyr som gjorde at man følte seg godt ivaretatt på motellet! Anbefales på sterkeste!»

«Helt grei plass for overnatting. Gode senger og rene rom. Fin pris. Ikke mye å gjøre i det nætmeste lokalområdet.»
