Terrible customer service Toilet broken ..I had to use the hall restroom .. The a/c was so loud could not sleep ..Parking fee charged when not listed on my reservation ..worst stay ever ..suffice to say I will tell my clients,family and friends to avoid this hotel .. Not a happy customer!!!!

For the price it was perfect for the one night that we needed. It needs to be remodeled, but then the price would go up. You can't find a better staff anywhere. They give you 5 start service. They were amazing. They were warm and very friendly.

Since I’ve left several messages for the general manager with no response here is my experience: I checked in around 330 pm on Saturday alone, as my fiancé was still at work reffing a 3 day basketball tournament. The staff was nice at check in. Around 730pm we heard a lot of noise coming from the room next door and called the front desk to ask if they could ask them to lower their music and voices. We told them that my fiancé had to be up by 530am so we were trying to relax. We were told that quiet hours started at 10 and we had to wait. By 11pm the next door occupants were still partying and being loud. We called again and asked for security to knock on the door. We did not hear them come. At 152am we called again as we heard the partying turn into fist fighting and a domestic violence situation. Your staff said that they were going to kick out the occupants. We heard when security knocked but did not hear them leave. With little to no sleep my fiancé left at 530 for another day of tournament, and I left at 9am after doing work. I am respectfully requesting a full refund of what we paid for the room and the parking fees for both our vehicles. On top of not using the room for what we paid for it for- sleep- the team’s service and response was beyond subpar, and not what we expected based on the reviews for the hotel. We had high hopes when we first checked in and that was quickly ruined- should feel lucky a worse domestic violence situation did not occur.

Expensive parking even when empty, the rooms are very lackluster, the wifi is absolutely horrendous at 500kbs max and the hot water isn’t very hot at all. But the staff is pretty nice.

we used this property for an airport over night trip. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dated hotel but overall a good value. Airport shuttle was convenient however only departs on the hour beginning at 0600.

It was a comfortable room and bed and it was quiet. Slept really well. Breakfast looked great, but we had plans so didnt eat there. View around the area is pretty and nice to walk around in the morning. We arrived late and left early but it was perfect.

We have stayed here a few times when we have early flights out of Oakland. It’s a fine place for that purpose. But this time I noticed there were very few (any?) plugs to charge electronics and the TV didn’t work. The front desk sent someone to fix the TV but he was busy and couldn’t come til we were about ready to call it a day. Still very affordable although they did start charging $18 for parking. All in all, OK

Mari from the front desk was very welcoming and helpful when I lost my room key. I loved the view of the marina I had from my room with the balcony. Breakfast is simple but they do a good job keeping everything stocked. 5 oclock cookies are a sweet touch. They also have a small assortment of snacks and other items you can purchase with the front desk which is very convenient. I wish the jets in the hot tub were working during my stay. Otherwise I will definitely stay here again if Im in the area.

Older but well kept hotel very close to a harbor. Joggers and couples walking their dogs give sense of comfort and calm. Very close to a golf course and a nice steak and seafood restaurant literally in the next parking lot. Very peaceful setting and friendly staff.
