Highland Terrace in Oakland, CA, is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood known for its community spirit and convenient location. Guests have full access to the entire front house, excluding the garage. Parking is available on the driveway. Please note, there is a separate unit in the back, which is not accessible to guests staying in the front house.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 5 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $30 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 8.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property allows pets. We charge $150 per pet. If you want to add more pets, that's an additional $150 each pet, which will be charged via the Resolution Center of Airbnb after the reservation is confirmed.

Please note: There is a staircase with 14 steps leading to the main entrance. Please be cautious, especially with children and elderly guests.

There is a unit at the back that may be rented by other guests, and they will be using the main gate to access it.
