On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised.»

«Overall the hotel was nice. I wished it had a pool, but the other amenities were pretty nice. I had an issue with my room where the A/C wouldn’t come on and there were fly knats in the window, but the staff immediately helped me out and my next room was great. Clean, with working A/C.»

«The room was very clean, the building was very clean. The only thing I didn’t know was you get a $50 up charge at check in for a “just in case something breaks” but you do get that back as long as nothing is damaged when you leave the property»

«Breakfast was good. The room was nice and the full size frig was a nice surprise. Rooms were spacious and the shower had plenty of hot water. One down side, the pull out couch bed for the fifth family member was very flimsy with no support. Worst I've ever had in many years of traveling........»

«The location was great. The staff was amazing. The restaurant and breakfast food was great. However, The beds were horrible. The mattresses were sorn so much that all you felt was springs and dips in the matress. The pillows flattened down to nothing. My sleep was interrupted many times because I was uncomfortable as was my wife. My son and his family had the sam experience in their room. Also, the bathroom had a pocket door that was cut so crooked that it would not lock. I will be choosing ...

«Had to be moved to another room where the toilet worked. Also, I specifically got a suite so that I could use the microwave, fridge, etc … but the property didn’t provide any dishes, silverware, pots or pans. Did they expect me to bring those items too? Luckily, I only needed to refrigerate my prepared food and then reheat it in the microwave. And yes, I DO travel with silverware.»
