Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently close to Oak Bluffs, you'll find the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Wake up to stunning views of the Lagoon and end your day with unparalleled sunsets reflecting off of the still water.

Main house: An open floor plan featuring the kitchen, living room, dining area, and outdoor deck, all with spectacular views of the lagoon. Both bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that face the water. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom has two twin beds as well as a crib. The full bathroom includes a bathtub.

Guest cottage: A two-bedroom cottage with a Jack & Jill bathroom. One room features a desk, a peloton bike, and a twin bed. The other room has a queen bed. Just steps from the main house. Both bedrooms have AC.

Outside: Enjoy your meals on our deck or bask under the sun on our sun lounges. Featuring new patio furniture, the deck is perfect for evenings watching the spectacular sunsets. At the end of the lawn is a timber staircase that leads down to the beach.

Kitchen + Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a functional space with high-quality white appliances that opens to a 6-seater dining table. Stocked with a dishwasher, utensils, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, fridge, microwave, stove and oven, a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, an Air Fryer, a Magic Bullet, a French press, and a refrigerator for all your cooking needs.

Living Space: The spacious living room has amazing views of the beach that opens to the shared wooden porch through the sliding doors. The living room features a spacious area with lots of natural light, a Smart TV, and a comfy sofa for that cozy feel

Parking: There is enough space for parking of up to 4 cars in the driveway

Security and Safety Features: The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property which includes entrance and exits. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

Other Amenities: The home comes with a dishwasher, dryer, free high-speed WiFi,

The guest will have access to the whole property except for one locked closet.

Due to the Summer season, we have a landscaper scheduled to come to service the property weekly. Please expect a visit during your stay- they will be outside only.

Peaceful in the winter, and bustling in the summer, Oak Bluffs is a beautiful, historic town of Martha’s Vineyard. From sandy beaches and seafood restaurants to eclectic downtown shops and historic cottages, you’ll find more than enough to do and see in Oak Bluffs while visiting the island. It’s also easily accessible, the Woods Hole ferry docks just within walking distance from downtown.

📋 HOUSE RULES

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300. 

• BBQ GRILL: Extra charge of $100 will apply for not cleaning after using the BBQ Grill.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited.

• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events. 

• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out. We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
