«The staff were great, honest and location convenient. I left an item in the room at check out and they returned it to me before I left. However, 1 was only there for 1 day, I tried to check in at 2pm but they couldnt find my reservation and had to wait till 4pm, I contacted Expedia for assistance, hence I do not know who's fault it was that the reservation was not found.»

«Great Location. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Walkable to MixC mall nearby which offers many food options. Steps away from Ludancun Metro Exit. Suggest increasing the number of machines (especially dryer) in the Laundry Room as there was a long queue.»
