«What I always have problems with at this hotel is the parking lot, where they are not attentive to open the gate even though there is an audio button, but it is too small so you can't get the car close to the wall. On the other hand, they don't provide water to the guests.»

«Good service from the staff, most of the staff in the reception speak a little english.
Good breakfast typical for Colombian hotels.
Only bad things was I prefer beds that are not so hard, felt almost like sleeping on the floor, but that is rather normal in hotels all over south America.
Only one channel with English speaking content ( BBC news).
should be improved, I guess they don't have alot of English speaking guests, but most hotels in Colombia has more than 1 channel.»
