### What We Offer (and What We Don't)


**Warm Water Bliss** – There’s no hot water here, and that’s intentional, warm works fine but no hot. A cool shower in the tropical heat is refreshing, invigorating, and grounding. If you’re seeking hot, the sun and sea are always here for you.

**Living Among Nature** – This isn’t a sealed-off resort. You’ll share space with geckos, butterflies, mouses, cockroach, hermit crabs, and the occasional iguana. Our home is a habitat—not a hotel. If that excites you more than it unsettles you, you’ll feel right at home.

**Absolute Beachfront** – No roads, no fences—just open sky and ocean. The tides shape the rhythm of the day, and barefoot living is encouraged.

**Natural Comfort** – We choose organic cotton linens for their breathability and purity over the artificial perfection of polyester. They’re sun-dried, clean, and sometimes marked by nature’s touch—because we prefer real over plastic.

Air Conditioning only in main room and Ocean Breeze** – The sound of waves is our white noise machine. The sea breeze is our cooling system.

**Simplicity, Beauty & Connection** – We don’t offer luxury in the conventional sense. Instead, we offer the luxury of presence—of watching the sunset with salt on your skin, hearing the palms whisper, and living in rhythm with the Earth.

**A Path Less Traveled (But Still There)** – Behind the property runs a local walkway used by neighbors and travelers. It’s part of the community flow here and adds to the charm of living in an open, connected space. Occasionally, you may hear footsteps or a passing motorcycle—even at night. These sounds sometimes join the otherwise peaceful symphony of waves and wildlife. It’s a small part of the reality of living immersed in nature and village life—and most guests find it well worth it.

The Wave House is the third unit (unit 3) of our fenced area alongside 4 other structures at the House of Waves. The parking is outside the fence. You’ll have shared access through a wooden and flowers gate. Or come directly from the beach. Before your arrival, a key will be placed in the lockbox and our host and partner "Kike" will be there to personally greet you and assist with anything you need during your stay. Please ask for magical experiences or community gatherings. We have printed some offerings that you will find inside the unit.
