I was wating in the lobby for 1 hour before, calling them without anyone answering the phone. At last I walked to find the staff in the laundry room.

Absolutely filthy…torn carpets, some which weee replaced by a faux wood laminate which was peeling, stained and sticky. Bugs in room and in tub/bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! A few Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and NutriGrain bars with a thermos of coffee…beyond ridiculous. Also, the front desk was unattended from 6-7 am, guests couldn’t get any assistance. I WOULD NEVER book at this franchise again.

Arrived for check in and was told that the computer was not functioning. When would it be fixed. Don’t know? Who is trying to fix it? Nobody. Can I speak with the manager? Not here. What should we do? Come back later.

First impressions count and the reception we received left a terribly bad impression. The front desk clerk seemed bothered when my party checked. Once we got to our room, it was clean and satisfactory, however when we called the front desk again to inquire about getting pans, cups for tea we were told no pans or pots were available, we had to go downstairs for hot water. We were provided two mugs, utensils and a coffee machine. Once again our interaction with the receptionist was unpleasant, she spent alot of time in the back gathering the utensils and the two mug. While she was away the phone rang incessantly. I can only imagine if it was another guest on the other end of that call.

Though we understand there’s kitchens and people can cook, we spent the night coughing profusely with our eyes watering at how pungent our room was from the people around us. It was uninhabitable, but unfortunately we had no other choice. Though there were other rooms open (we would’ve taken anything!) they “couldn’t” move us.

The staff was the most unfriendly and rude people that Ive ever encountered. The Manager was absolutely the worst Screeming at clients - she shoukd be fired immediately. Expedia shoukd delete this hotel from their inventory. Never ever book this hotel.

My room is freezing and the heater would not work. I tried to call to the front desk who put me on hold forever and refused to answer when I tried to call back. I had to go down and ask to switch rooms. Switched rooms to one with a working heater. Left the property for maybe an hour. I had pulled the shade down and put my three bags on the bed and counter. The receptionist called while I was gone to ask what room she put me in. When I came back, someone had been in my room. The shade was open. My bags were moved. And my backpack had been rustled through and all my cash was gone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

We contacted the front desk to inform them about the changes in our travel. But despite reassuring us the change was okay, they gave away our room. We had prepaid for the complete booking through Expedia. When we arrived, hotel staff did not offer a refund, or any help making an alternative arrangement. Once the room was paid for, giving the room away is a violation of the contract. I will never stay at Extended Stay again and the staff was unhelpful.

The entire driveway and parking area was glare ice, there was no sand or salt down. The building is worn and needs to be renovated. I found hair on our beds, in our sheets and in the bathtub. There were visibly dirty spaces (handprints and smudges on closet mirrors, sink dirty, under bathroom counter has a shelf that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months). The continental breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and a very dirty coffee area.

When I originally saw the low ratings, I was reluctant to book this hotel. However, I took a change because my trip was for an unexpected funeral. To my surprise, the hotel was a bargain and I am not sure why the ratings have been so poor. Sure, it is not 5 star, but it is a great deal for the rate i paid.
