«Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected.»

«The whole hotel and room had a very run down feel. We stayed there previously and didn’t remember it being that bad before.»

«One bedroom suite not as nice as Studio or a quiet. Front desk manager thought was super nice and accommodating! Rate was supposed to be adjusted from one night instead of 2 nights and not corrected by hotel? No onsite restaurant. »

«The pool, the Jacuzzi and the workout room was advertised online as operating but when we got to the property, it was all closed. The carpet in the room is disgusting. The shower curtain in the bathroom is tied up on the corner where it’s ripped off the microwave had no microwave plate and when I asked for extra towels, I got one extra bath towel. By the way I was there for nights with 2 people staying in the room. The hallway in the first floor had water leaking by the bar area and the paint on ...

«Said they have breakfast they do not! Door handles broken, toilet not flushing. Was not happy with the stay! »

«Don’t book here. The pictures look great but this place sucks. The first room I was given had dead roaches everywhere, the toilet would not flush, the heater unit in the room had the whole front broken off and didn’t work. The room was nasty my socks were black just walking around for 10 minutes in the room. I had my husband go to the front desk and ask for another room. I will say the staff was very friendly and polite but when you own a place like that you have to be. The gave us another room ...

«The shower head was leaking water when you switch it over to the shower setting. It most likely needs a replacement. Other than that, the room was adequate. A good stay for one night.»

«Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit.»
