«Horrible, the bedding was filthy, zero towels available, none in our room or for the pool. We had to order some from Wal mart. There was on staff member at check in who was doing everything he was amazing and I felt so bad for him! The next morning there was nothing for breakfast, it was all empty at 8:15, there were no plates the staff member had to door dash some. «As soon as we pulled up I got an icky feeling, the outside was flooded and absolutely riddled with trash. The inside hallways on our way to the room, exactly the same, filthy. I wish I could say the room was better, one moldy towel. Stains all over the room... And don't use the tissue box unless your fully vaccinated against all communicable diseases. Ohhhh and the surprise $50 fee that was charged at check in .. unless your looking to bang skanks and blow lines this place isn't for you»

«The room was very clean. The staff was excellent in the way they communicated and addressed needs, very professional. We did not go to nearby shops. The location is very convenient to the airport, and the shuttle service was excellent!»

«Newly renovated. Very nice rooms now. Very close to the airport. This is a nice stay now, and deserves better than the 6.5 rating it had. I will be staying here whenever I fly out of Syracuse. They also have affordable long term parking available for folks using the airport too. Free shuttle to the airport too. »

«This is a consistently solid choice for an overnight stay before a flight. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean…only thing I noticed on my last stay was the noise level in the parking lot was a bit much. I’ll just request a room on the other side next trip out. »
