«Catherine, the owner, was the perfect hostess with nothing being too much trouble. She even texted to make sure everything was OK and to ensure she was about when I arrived. The room was clean and well provisioned. Breakfast was a full English and cooked fresh. There was also a selection of cereals and fruits. The village is about a mile away and has a convenience store, pub and Indian restaurant.»

«Absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish Staff so helpful & kind . The food was really good in the restaurant and a reasonable price. The morning breakfast was very good a nice change from a traditional breakfast lots of choices very yummy. The bedroom was very clean the bedding was very good quality. «Lovely place to stay. Great hosts, really friendly and very helpful. Fernleigh is on a nice quiet street. A couple of good pubs just round the corner. The owners even mòved their car so we could tuck our motorbike on the drive. Would recommend without question. Oh,and a first class breakfast with proper tea!»

Our bedroom was excellent with a great double bed with a beautiful shower and bathroom! and tea making facilities in the room the breakfast was outstanding she certainly takes care of her guests highly recommended!!»

«Warm welcome received by host. Very friendly. Parking to rear of hotel bit of a squeeze as was busy but not a big issue. Room on top floor was quirky with comfortable bed and leather sofa. Quiet and spotlessly clean with a fridge whi h came in handy and even a microwave hidden away. Full breakfast was piping hot and plenty enough. The fruit plate was a little sparse to be fair but it was exactly what it says on the tin...a plate with fruit so no complaints. Great location in a quiet area but ...

«Vi valgte 3-mannsrom for to boende, meget romslig, alt fungerte, daglig stell, gode senger pen innredning og smakfull veggpynt. Meget observant vert som oppfylte alle ønsker (paraply, frokost ...). Vi var der i tre netter, og selv om hotellet var fullt noe av tiden erfarte vi ikke nattebråk. Noe av maten var lokalprodusert og må prøves! Et godt hjem når man er borte.»
