Welcome to Sierra's Sunrise, Unit 207 at Champagne Island, a premier resort in North Wildwood. Our Unit has "Million Dollar" OCEAN VIEWS and Spectacular SUNRISE VIEWS!! Wait until you see nature's Colorful Sunrises over the Ocean! There is also a LIGHTHOUSE view from our unit and balcony! We are directly above the Flip Flopz Bar/Restaurant and we overlook the pool and Tiki Topz Outdoor Pool Bar!

We are also steps from the beach and FAMOUS SEAWALL and are at the start of the entertainment district. We are walking distance to ALL of North Wildwood's Most popular bars! Park your vehicle in our private lot and not have to drive again while on vacation! We are walking distance to everything fun and have the BEST Ocean View from our living room!

The resort has a pool and every unit has access to a balcony with seating to watch the sunrise, sunbathe and to hang out anytime or watch the lighthouse at night.

The unit was updated for 2025 with new furniture and a new 55 inch Roku 4k streaming TV. It includes one bedroom with a queen bed and a brand new sleeper sofa. We also have new USB Power Outlets in the Bedroom and Livingroom for all your Phone, Tablet and electronics charging! Our Unit sleeps 4 with the Queen size bed and the new pullout couch!

Kitchen area includes sink, fridge, dishwasher, cook top, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and utensils. Paper products are not provided.

Some weeks during prime season may require 7 night stay and the unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people

50% deposit due at booking. Balance due 14 days before arrival. Security deposit of $300 due at checkin. There is a cleaning fee of $140. The owner will contact you once your reservation is confirmed.

Enjoy the pool and deck at Tiki Topz. Pool passes are included. The pool is open to the public for a fee for any guests not staying at the resort. There are pool parties and live music. Enjoy dining and entertainment at any of the other establishments in the entertainment district.

Access the building on Spruce Avenue, with a door code. Front desk clerk is available for part of the day.

Each unit has one designated parking space. The street has pay parking.

The property is free from pets and smoking. Renters must be over 25 and will be asked to provide proof of age. We are a family friendly resort.
