«The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. «This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Its office hours are 11am - 7pm. I had to call someone to be able to check in!
It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed! «The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip.»

«The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. »

«The room was clean and the breakfast delicious. The staff member the night we checked in was fantastic! He saw us walking around the building to check in and allowed us in a back door. The morning desk worker had to take her blue tooth earbuds out to hear questions which felt very unprofessional.

«The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. «The was pleasant. The room was relatively updated. The carpets truly need to be shampooed and the elevator floor was gross with layers of dirt. The room was ok. There was a bug in the bathroom and the tub was cheaply resurfaced (there was a large patch that covered most of the tub bottom). The tub should just be repaired and the wall paper was pulling away from the wall. I don’t intend to stay here again.»
