Vår familie har vært på ferie på nordsiden av Grand Cayman for mer enn 30 år. Vi er glade for å tilby deg vårt andre hjem, så vel som vår kunnskap og erfaring til å gjøre din ferie det beste det kan være. Havutsikt fra hvert solrik plass. Vårt hjørne bakkeplan Beliggenheten er ideell for sin direkte tilgang til bassenget og stranden utover. Nyt en dag ved bassenget og kjøre inn for en pause eller snacks med bakdøren skritt unna. Vår enhet er en av ti i den rolige North Point nybygde komplekset. Gå på stranden, snorkle revet, tilbringe dagen i skyggen av vår cabana alt mens du nyter komforten av Harvey Nicole. Vi streber etter å være svært imøtekommende og fleksibel. We were happy to return to the Harvey Nicole after 14 years! The condo has been refreshed so it felt like a new place. It was as perfect for us as a couple as it was when we brought our kids last time! We love staying on the North Side! There are plenty of places to eat, shop for groceries, and relax! We loved our stay, and Nicole is great to work with!!!

One of My TOP Vacations EVER

This property is better than pictured, and the location is one of the best on the island, but only if you're looking for a calm setting for rest and relaxation, and seeing some amazing sights. This is not a party, drinking, loud complex--so if that is your plan, please don't book here. The condo itself has been recently updated, and the mattresses are great. The kitchen is well-stocked for meals at home, and you can pack lightly as there is a washer and dryer. (Make sure to bring your own powdered detergent if you have room, as items are expensive on the island.) The pool is lovely, clean, and well maintained. Pool towels are provided. There was sunscreen left over from previous guests, but I would bring your own. There is a shared grill on the property which was great for grilling fresh seafood. We were lucky to be there when many of the condo owners were staying, and they were welcoming and kind.Nicole is a fantastic host, very responsive, good natured, and full of information. I really enjoyed working with her. She is definitely one of the best owners/hosts that I have ever encountered.The location is great, so close to so many unique spots and tours. Our vacation was the perfect mix of activities and quiet days at the beach (Rum Point-5 minute drive) and at the pool. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nicole...

Don’t go!

Everything was awesome from our host to the peaceful surroundings, the private beach, snorkeling, cute nearby grocery store, sunrises and sunsets, local dining,etc. again, don’t go because I want it ALL for myself. Well, if you must, you could not find a better slice of paradise!!!

A week at the Harvey Nicole

Stayed for 1 week at this beautiful property. Condo was very clean, well decorated and maintained. Pool was nice and refreshing (it should be noted there is NO HOT TUB.) which wasn’t a big deal but a little disappointing as we were looking forward to sitting in there in at night time. Authentic beach which had garbage and seaweed. WEAR shoes on the beach as we found numerous broken glass bottles. Obviously not Nicole’s fault. Our week was extremely windy 25mph everyday coming out of the north but a half hour trip to the south side made it easy for the best snorkeling I’ve ever had. All in all an excellent trip and an awesome condo with the best host I’ve ever had staying at a VRBO. I can’t say enough about how accommodating Nicole was. Don’t second guess your stay here!!

Great condo and very good location

The condo is quite roomy and we never felt cramped. The screened lanai was great for storing our snorkel and extra gear out of the way - it was a bit warm for us so we didn't hang out there much. The master bed was comfortable (I didn't try the others). The master shower was very nice - hot and good pressure. The kitchen had enough pots and pans and cooking utensils that we could cook every night. We were disappointed that almost all the dishes, cups, and coffee mugs are old and plastic. We think this is the best unit in the complex; it opens right out to the pool and the ocean with sandy beach immediately past that. We could hear the waves from the lanai and pool deck. The location is great for what we wanted: quiet, little traffic, under 2 miles to Rum Point, under 5 minute drive to the local grocery store, Chisolm's, which has a surprisingly good selection of foods, snacks, alcohol, and cooking necessities. We are avid snorkelers and divers, and the snorkeling around the condo is not good (not much coral and few fish, with poor visibility when the winds pick up), but about 3/4 mile toward Rum Point you can snorkel from the Cayman Kai Public Beach and drift toward Rum Point with decent coral and good fish life all the way to Rum Point. Look up Tetsudo's online snorkel guide for GC for excellent snorkel details around the island. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation at the Harvey Nicole and we highly recommend it if you want a great space in a quiet, low-key area.

Perfect place for family

Nicole was amazing and helped with all our questions before the trip. Our Christmas present for our 2 college kid, so location and condo setup was just what we needed. It was quiet and a great break. We could snorkel outside our door with water shoes. We booked activities at rum point so location was very close.

Loved our stay!

When we got there it was nice to walk into such a clean place and they had the air turned down for our arrival. Check in was easy with Nicole's instructions and we had no trouble finding the place. I can say there is nothing that we didn't like about the condo, the beach, or the location. The beach is nice and sandy. Yes, there is some sea grass on the beach, but it isn't the entire beach area, it doesn't smell, and we just didn't find it to be a big deal. Getting into the water is rocky and grassy but I either wore my water shoes or fins getting in and had no problem. I did see plenty of people just getting in with bare feet but I wouldn't recommend it as there was some broken glass on the beach and in the water and some of the rocks and shells are sharp. We just loved the quiet side of the island. The condo is close to Rum Point where we went in the evenings to watch the sunset, and close to Starfish point which was a wonderful experience too. We also checked out the Crystal Caves which were neat to see. There is a convenient store not far away and a little bigger store about 20 minutes away but if you need to get a lot of groceries you may want to stop on your way by to the condo in the Savannah area. We stopped at Foster's on our way by our fist day and got what we needed. It is about 30 minutes from there to the condo. Nicole is awesome! If I had any questions she was very quick to respond and so helpful. I would definitely recommend the Harvey Nicole. Thank you!

Close to good food and drink at Rum Point. Short ride to Botanic Park, Crystal Caves, Starfish Point, and Stingray City (via Rum Point). Condo was as advertised and Nicole was very helpful. Great place!

Lovely Condo

This property is just perfect for a small family. It is spotless, adorable and has everything you need within reason. From the time we contacted the owner everything was seamless. The condo is newly renovated but the owner has done a great job keeping some of its original charm. The decor is beach chic and not overly cluttered. The only noise you hear is the ocean and a little chatter from the pool. Everyone we met on the property were kind, fun and helpful. It was nice to walk right out the back door and be steps away from the pool and the beach. If you are looking for a pristine beach you will need to go to 7 mile. The beach at the condo is untouched and a very different experience. If you take your water shoes you will be able to walk out and find beautiful tide pools and snorkel. You can even catch lobsters and conch for dinner. We thought it was amazing how far you could walk out in the ocean. Some of the guests even had some luck fishing. For us this was a perfect relaxing vacation in a beautiful Condo. If you want to be surrounded by people, music, and have a “spring break” experience this is not the place for you. If you are looking to spend time with your family and enjoy them and your surroundings this is absolutely the place for you. We had a great time and will return.

Lovely & Peaceful

We stayed at the Harvey Nicole with our two daughters (8 and 4 years old). The place was clean, spacious, and great to be steps from the pool and beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the Lanai, walking the beach, building sandcastles, and snorkeling all right in front of the property. The kids loved the pool, and on windier days, it was great to drive up to Rum Point for calmer waters and beach time. Kaibo & Rum Point were great dinner spots a 5 minute drive away. We also drove into 7 Mile Beach (40 minutes) to Governer’s Beach which was stunning for a few beach days. Cayman has so much to offer, and we love staying on the east/north end for the tranquility, which the Harvey Nicole absolutely provided. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Harvey Nicole Northpointe

We had a hard time finding the property at first. Unit was clean but everything is on the older side. Kitchen was sparse. I’ve stayed at other rentals that provide more stuff for around the same cost. Beach wasn’t swimmable which was disappointing. A hot tub would have been great and maybe a fence from the road. We had a couple of surprises, with the cleaning lady attempting to come in at 8 pm to see if anyone had checked in because a light was on, duh and the pest control man attempted to come in to spray with our stuff inside and while we weren’t there. You would there would be better communication between the owner and service people. Also the trash pick came at 3ish am. We got used to it and it’s very close to Rum Point, Kaibo and Starfish Point. Also not too far from East End. It was ok. Not sure if I’d stay there again.

We had a lovely stay in the Harvey Nicole. The condo was in a great location to Rum Point. We enjoyed the pool. Nicole was wonderful with communication. The beach was beautiful but not for swimming as there was so much kelp. The condo was very clean, but could use new sheets as ours were pretty stained in several spots.

Beautiful and incredible location!!!

This rental is in a beautiful, secluded part of Grand Cayman. It’s a nice quiet area, so hearing the ocean is always easy. The pool in the back is a perfect temperature and great for hot days. We were still within an easy drive to anywhere we could want to visit! There are also lots of great restaurants on the east side of the island. Absolutely loved our stay!

We have stayed many times on GC. As GC gets developed we have moved to staying at locations on the East and North. We loved the location of this condo on the North shore just a minute or so from Rum Point. The condo has everything and we especially liked the ice maker.

Amazing views

We loved our stay at the Harvey Nicole. You are 5 steps from the pool and 20 steps from a secluded beach. The unit is immaculate and has everything you need to cook meals while you are there. The beds are so comfortable and we felt so at home during our stay. Highly recommend!

3rd time in Cayman

Super nice, clean condo in best location. Fishing and snorkeling behind the condo is great. We caught 15 diff species of fish and saw turtles on most days. Location is great - 5 min from Rum Point and 10 min from small grocery store. We will be back next year.

Outstanding North Shore location

Unit is one of 8 condos - 4 up, 4 down. Property is clean, quiet, and has a perfect location close to the beach: Building > pool > beach > ocean! The few neighbors we saw were friendly and mostly quiet. Pool was clean and warm. The unit itself is very adequate. Linens and toiletries were suitable. Kitchen is well-stocked with equipment but not much else. You'll need to bring spices, coffee, butter, etc. A/C worked perfectly and the washer/dryer were a huge help. The lanai is a very nice feature, but you do get wind on the North Side, so keep an eye on the louvers. The beach is very isolated, so very quiet. If you've been to 7 Mile Beach - this ain't it. Rather, a brief beach that has some debris, and a rocky/seagrass water entry. Great snorkeling though. People stay on the North Side wanting this, so just be aware of the features. Rum Point restaurants are very close, and East End Tukka was only 25 min away. You will need a car almost certainly. Nicole could not have been more helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back. This spot is not for your average Carib tourist, but it's perfect if you know what you want.
