«I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP.

«I called ahead to insure I had the room I was expecting. I spoke with a manager on site that assured me i did. I rented a suite for a friend's birthday. I arrived and was informed that just because I reserved a certain room didn't mean I could get it. They had trouble finding a room to suit what I reserved.
