The property itself, is nice. You can definitely tell that it is a rental property and not somewhere the owners frequent often. They probably have a management company handling it. We arrived to a driveway full of trash, trash can out in the road and a house full of fly's. I'm assuming this is because the house's manual/instruction booklet does not distinguish that you need to put certain trash cans on certain sides of the street when you take out for garbage day, as ours did not get picked either the week that we had stayed. The owner was notified of this and hopefully it doesn't cause this to happen in the future to anyone else. We just didn't understand, knowing you have people coming, why you wouldn't get rid of the left-over trash or have the property company handle it.
The lanai had screen damage to it when we arrived (we arrived a month or two after a hurricane) but weren't made aware of it. They did have it repaired while we were there, but my kids were not able to go out there by themselves because of what could possibly come crawling in. The pool heater is off too. The owner did have someone come out to raise the temperature of the water pretty quickly so at least we got to enjoy the pool the last half of our stay. (No pool toys, bring your own)
All in all, our stay was good. Property is clean on the inside. All essentials needed for a stay were supplied.
