Best place to stay if you need to catch an early flight out of Nanaimo. there is a wooded trail behind the building

beds were comfortable, room was fine except the charging station at the desk was damaged. Breakfast was average but fine. went to nearby Tims for my coffee....The pool and hot tub looked clean & inviting..I would stay again.

Thank you for the review. I agree the charging stations at the desk are not good. We are in the process of changing them all over. Hopefully next time you are back, the new chargers will be in every room.

Staff were great. No vending machines available and in hotel concession very limited. The surrounding area has gas station, liquor store, Tim Hortons but they close early and front staff didn’t seem to be aware of that. We checked in later, so that would have been helpful to know. Nice and close to airport.

Thank you for your review. We will ensure the staff know the hours of the business' close to us. The Microstore will have expanded products as soon as our lobby renovations have been completed. Hopefully you will come back again so you can see the new items and refreshed lobby.

Very nice layout, clean property and excellent amenities. Staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly as well. The additional bbq area is a stunning feature here as well. Will stay again

The staff at this property are what really makes it special. I showed up with a broken leg and they really bent over backwards to get us in early and into a room where I would be comfortable and have enough space for my wheelchair. All of this was with without even asking. Staff is 10/10. The hotel itself is also gorgeous and new with lots of things around.

Easy access to the Naniamo airport. Close to restaurants in Ladysmith. Sound proofing is a bit of an issue since is right by the highway. Lots of traffic noise during the day,less so at night. Have noise cancelling in the rooms. Smell of chlorine from the pool was noticed on the 4th floor though only in the hallway.

We stayed 3 nights and thought everything was top notch.. It was located just right for family to visit. We loved the pool hot tub and water slide. The breakfast had a good selection of hot food .

Found this property to be clean, the staff were very nice and professional. They offered a very nice complementary breakfast and it was a terrific location for the work I was performing.

Clean and renovated property with comfy beds. Had to wait several minutes for check-in as no one was at the counter. The AC works but is loud.

After booking mix up off Expedia .. they kindly allowed me to check in early , after I arrived and the wrong room was reserved the front desk referred me to call Expedia and offered zero help Realizing that they where fully booked and we couldn’t switch they kindly accommodated to give me extra blankets and pillow so we could make it work After checking in we noticed urine splashes all over the bathroom floor it’s was late so we just went to sleep There for only a one night stay I showed pictures to front desk in the morning prior to out check out and apologize but didn’t discount or make up for it in any way Travelling with a small child that’s on the floor all the time, I find this highly unhygienic and irresponsible!! Housekeeping and customer service could be improved!

Hi, I'm sorry you didn't have a good time. Unfortunately we cannot alter reservations made through a travel agency. We gave you a 30.00 discount (not charging your dog), and did everything we were able to accommodate you.

Would love a restaurant other than fast food nearby. Clean and relatively quiet which was nice. Loved being able to take advantage of the lovely fire pit and outdoor area!

This is a great hotel. The waterslide is amazing with smaller kids as it ends in a chute and not in the pool. The pool and hot tub are nice. The staff are friendly and the rooms are noce. The only thing we found that was missing was an actual restaurant mearby as A&W is walka le but not somewhere we wanted to eat. The hotel is also close to the YCD airport whoch is convenient.
